Just wondering if the younger kids has had their hearing tested ? My grandson had the same speech problems, he had allergies and had to get his tonsils taken out, his ears stayed clogged, which caused him to not be able to hear people speaking loud enough, which in turn caused speech delays. Sweet little girls

Tom the food looks delicious. My mom turns 85 on the 16th and she finished her chemo and her radiation treatments. She went to her oncologist and he thinks her cancer is gone. To make sure he will do a test in 3 weeks. Praise God for he is great. God bless everyone. 💜

Lovely dinner. So glad you and the kids are doing well. Happy you still have someone special to spend time with too! I know you are crazy busy, but I encourage you to consider having Sophia evaluated for speech help. I know you all can understand her because you are together all the time, but she is quite difficult for the rest of us to understand. The local school will do that for free even though you homeschool and if she needs speech help the school will provide it. Maybe getting that evaluation would be something your mom could help with? It's possible she may have a tongue or lip tie which greatly impacts speech. Sometimes a speech person or a dentist can check that but not always. An orofacial myotherapist would be the pro to see to determine if she has a tie but I'm guessing you won't find one local, maybe in Rapid city though. The speech evaluation is a great first step though. The older she gets the harder it may be to correct.

I believe when the kids turn 14 they are considered adults. They can use adult cups and don't have a bedtime anymore. The trays are just handy Tom said. If he could find one of the same shape in black, he would be using one aswell

Such a yummy dinner. How do you make your spaghetti sauce. I usually just use Ragu. There’s a new sauce I love called Rao’s but it runs more expensive. Occasionally I will splurge :)

Corn is the best this time of year. Short season here in New England so we eat it often. Layer it and put in like a casserole dish or glass baking pan, an inch or two of water , wrap in plastic wrap and microwave for 11 or 12 minutes. Easy and good. You could add butter and Hannah’s “ Pamjahn” and of course salt and pepper.

Those plates are efficient, we love them. You go to a buffet or cafeteria and that's all you'll get. If there was a black one, I would use one too!

I wish I was at that table for some nice spaghetti and fresh rolls! Each time the family work their way through the coloured tops get them to tick of or write down if they have it, fits, needs new and what size. Big buddies can help with their Little’s. For pants/skirts or dresses note size, how many, if need new or upsize. Same for shoes. Doesn’t have to be a big sit down event for you. Same for socks and underwear kids can count how many they have and as they wear they can discard or count. One 10 day cycle should have you sorted. Take the big kids or a half load of kids with you to try on so there isn’t the size guessing for you. Roadside farmers markets are awesome. Fresh produce and supporting the local farmer too! Always pay a bit more for it but that’s ok. Easy vacation idea is visit to the hotel you stay at for New Years and do pizza and swimming again.

I think your corn and peaches would have been about $10 in a store. Corn is often 4/$1 and peaches $0.99/lb, yet you get the nice memory with Asher and get to support local agriculture. It still seems pricey, though. Hope it was delicious! And, is Asher interested in the business in part so that he can remain in Hannah's life longer and easier? He seems very committed to her. I thought at one point, Justus was the lead computer guru. Thanks for sharing your evening.
