I'm not someone whos religious but the thing is that you don't preach anything that I don't feel like everyone should already be doing. Your words are of love and acceptance, so it feels comfortable to me, Christian or not. A lot for why I watch isn't just for the morality either but you guys are really good for people who either dont have good families or are far away from them. :) thank you yet again for sharing your amazing family with us guys :).

Awe Eden, I was so so sad to see you upset/ embarrassed. You are such a sweet and helpful young lady. I want you to know that there is nothing to feel ashamed of. We all have our struggles in life. You definitely need to have your own Line of education/school products. I’m a producer and can tell you that you’re highly marketable! My best advice is to recommend you never do anything outside of your comfort zone.

I was the same way about being picky, and having to sit at the table for the entire evening. We take a similar approach as you. I didn't think I'd care for this format but I really do! We have 6 little boys and it's very comforting to see another family with a lot going on at the table. We don't know any families bigger than ours locally. Thank you for being so open and real.

It's ok Eden. I don't remember scriptures very easily either, and I am a lot older than you. I would be on the bottom level of privileges every week. :) Now Tom you don't want them starting any fires lol. Judah, you should make videos of taking each one of your brothers and sisters and hanging out with just the one for a day. That would make 7 videos right there. Actually, you could hang out with mom for a day for Hannah so that would be 9 videos (counting mom and Hannah) lol. Then you would hang out with dad for a day so you would have 10 videos total. :) We are trying to stay warm in Southern Illinois today. It is 9 degrees right now. Carla

One my friends that I grew up with had parents charge her "room and board" while she was a teenager (it wasnt a huge sum of cash). She complained about it at the time and I thought it was mean of her parents. But you know what? She was the first one of us who saved and bought her own car (with cash!), first to move out and she is the most money conscientious and independant person I know. I now think teaching your oldest to be accountable to a bill a very wise decision. Well done.

Talking about when you doubled subs (60 to 120) I see you're only 181 away from 40,000! Amazing! I know what you mean about the noise level. My bedroom is about 25 feet from the highway and semis start their down shifting for the stop light right outside my window. I can sleep right through it and don't even hear it if I'm in there during the day. I'm officially putting in my vote for Hannah Naomi. (not like it counts) LOL Judah, if a tattoo is something a person truly wants and puts thought into and chooses a design that will bring them joy, it won't be regretted. I have always loved my high school mascot of a blue dragon (we are the Blue Blazers). I've wanted it as a tat for so many years but was afraid of the pain. I finally "bit the bullet" and had it done and have never regretted it. Also, you make videos whenever you want. Your subbies aren't going to leave you. We'll be here when you are inspired to create something. :-) I am one of those atheists who loves this channel and family. I think what you all do and how you live is well reasoned and you are raising kids who are going to be loving and productive citizens of this world. Nothing in that goes against anything in my worldview. I would much rather spend some relaxing downtime watching this very real family than that trash the tv industry calls reality. Oh, Eden- such a sensitive soul. I just want to give her a little hug.

Thomas buys their bread as a lesson of responsibility, I believe. He has a job so its almost like a "bill". My parents did the same thing with me, mine was buying eggs!

Me too. No ads on my blog. One because my computer teckie friend told me that ads involve cookies. I don't want to give people cookies. Probably even less earned on a blog. I rather Viewers, just send a dollar, (or more) if they want to, directly to, some of the many Charities I have links for. Most important; I don't have ads because I would have no control over what type of ads they would put there. There's a lot of tacky ads that I definitely wouldn't want on my beautiful blogs that I took years writing and still keep updated.

I totally understand. Sometimes I wonder what some of my favorite KZbinrs would think if they realized what ads were being played before their videos. It seems ironic to me that many videos are being demonetized because the channel isn't appropriate for advertisers when it seems to me that there are a lot of advertisements that aren't appropriate for family KZbin channels!

Hi Andrea! Love your channel! I haven’t watched all of your videos, but I have a few questions (you seem pretty open about your beliefs & stances, which is why I wanted to ask). In one of your videos you said that the ACE curriculum teaches a different end prophecy than what your family believes. I am an Independent Fundamental Baptist (most of which believe in the pre-tribulation rapture); however, I believe in a post tribulation, pre-wrath rapture. Can you explain more about what ACE teaches? Also, are your children vaccinated? Lovely family & so glad I came across your channel!! God Bless!

Reading the New Testament in Greek is very interesting. I found knowing Greek for biblical use was truly only useful after o learned Hebrew. I mean, sure you can get context with only 1 biblical language, knowing both (or mains) makes things much more clear, in my opinion.

I think it was when I was wanting to say how "religion" really turns so many people off the God. I've known people who grew up in church and eventually reject God because they realize they were taught a bunch of garbage. I want to say, "Yes, you were taught garbage! Don't let the false teachings of man and his terrible interpretations of the Bible turn you from the truth." I see how many people are hurt and confused because religion so often darkens God's light and truth.

Tom's daughter, Mileena, was adopted by Tom's aunt and uncle. They lived in California so we didn't get to see her often, but they moved in with Grandpa Frank several months ago to care for him. That means they're only 45 minutes away rather 1,200 miles away. The most recent video Mileena was in was this one kzbin.info/www/bejne/ep7WapxmjKeifpY from right before Christmas. We she was holding Sophia and petting the cat in one part of the video when we went over to celebrate Aunt Suzie's birthday.
