P.S. You can change up the types of tacos you make for dinner. Chicken tacos made with chicken thighs. Carne asada tacos. Hamburger with potato and onion tacos, they are very moist and considered country tacos. So good! Fish tacos slightly fried and baked with panko, delish!

I agree with your girlfriend. Time to eat adult style tacos. :) Salsa, pico de gallo, avocado, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, queso fresco shredded, thinly sliced cabbage or cut up lettuce, chopped onion, refried beans as a topping. I prefer fried corn tortillas, but others like heated corn tortillas on the tortilla pan. For those who do not yet like salsa-we always offer "baby salsa", thousand island dressing. Spanish style rice. ENJOY!

It's nice to see you are trying some salads. With avocado they often come in unripe or underripe. You need to usually buy them ahead of time and leave them out to ripen.

Tom if the avocados are hard, leave them in a window or simply on the counter for a couple of days. You want them soft, not squishy. If you feel a hollow area just toss them because 🤮. I'm from Texas. We eat a lot of avocados in my household. I have no problem rescuing the good meat from an avocado with brown spots, but once they get stringy they're gross. BTW, we're a dry household. My husband and I have never had alcohol. Although we know the Bible says not to drink until drunk, we both grew up in households where we were told it's wrong.

Tom, if you're looking for a cheese that melts. Then these are the 3 cheeses you should be looking for queso asadero or queso oaxaca or queso fundido. These Mexican cheese are delicious. I pray this helps you out.

Prancer was always one of our favorite Christmas movies. You should check out some of the really old Christmas cartoons on you tube. My kids liked those until they were adults. Happy Birthday Asher! Judah your metal work is coming along very nicely, you have a lot of talent. It's hard to say if you said 'says or said'. Slowed down it sounds like Says. Hello Tom, nothing better than some lettuce, tomato, sour cream, avocado and some hot sauce added to you taco, that's what it should be anyway, it's soooo tasty Tom, if I made you mine I think you'd love it. I have to watch the video to see how you go with the bit of extras. You need more meat in your taco Tom. & when you cook your mince, add some red kidney beans in the mince towards the end just to heat them through, drain and rinse them before adding to the meat. Cook your mince with more spice, or packet taco seasoning, it looked too dry, it needs some canned tomato added too. Don't drink Tom, I'm 59 , my father drank and I said I'd never do it, I have a habit and it's not good. Drinking in moderation is good if one wishes to do that I say ! It's 11pm here whilst I'm watching, I live in Surfers Paradise a very touristy part of Queensland Australia, I'm going to buy ice cream from 7 Eleven or similar when I finish watching your video, it's only a block away

How interesting. Those look like burritos to me. Are they called tacos in your neck of the woods? Oh I see some taco shells too. It is difficult to get a perfectly ripe avocado when you need it. They are usually not ripe at the store so you have to bring one home wait until it ripens to be able to eat it. It’s annoying. Elf is my favorite Christmas movie! 🎄
