Aww, Andrea, I’m so sorry people can be rude to you-I don’t understand how people can be so cruel online when they would never say such things in person. Please know you are very loved by so many people and you have made a real difference in so many people lives, mine included. When I found your channel I was overwhelmed by trying to balance work and home duties as a widow. Your channel helped me get so many home things organized and under control (menu planning and monthly shopping to name just a few) and your calm, sincere spirit helped me find peace in a very troubled time. Some one commented on my 8th pregnancy announcement video that I was “disgusting” and needed to “get fixed or help”. It’s sad that people are so against family life, and I told her so. Aw, I usually don’t comment but was moved by your tears. I read this in a devotional yesterday and it blessed me. I’m sure it’ll do the same for you: Love your enemies? Really? It takes no great spiritual powers to love your spouse, your parents, your children, and your friends. Christians aren’t the only ones to appreciate people who are kind to them--anybody can turn on charm when it’s to his or her advantage. It takes a Christian with Spirit-power within to love people who are not nice to you. I used Dove soap and put baking soap in my poodle's bath water for her skin condition. Worked great and cheap. The Dove helped the dry skin and the baking soda helped the itching.

For Knuckles, have you tried grain free food? We have a Boston terrier and she would scratch herself a lot. She started getting patches. We switched her dry food to grain free and it helped.

I have rescues with skin issues. I understand the cycles with them being k then it flaring up again. We use apoquel which helps and baths with head and shoulders clinical strength shampoo. Must cheaper than rx shampoos

I was thinking about head and shoulders. Figured it would help sooth. I had dandruff just one summer when I was about 11yrs old. Maybe too much swimming the salty ocean. My scalp did seem somewhat dry and irritated and the head and shoulders not only took the dandruff and scalp irritation away, but meanwhile soothed it. I didn't want to say the wrong thing though.

Don’t take hateful comments seriously please. I get hurtful stares and comments often(bunch of kids 2 with obvious disabilities) so we can be a spectacle. At the end of the day I get to go home with my perfect family and so do you. I feel sorry for those who are shortsighted and feel like every child “deserves” to live by certain standards, when all they really need is unconditional love, attentive parents, discipline and respect. Your children have never had any doubt they have family that loves them, unfortunately not every child in this country whether rich or poor has that. Oh your poor puppers! I had a dog who developed skin issues later in life and we discovered he had skin allergies. So we moved him on to a rice and lamb formula (which is what what they put in sensitive skin formula). He would get super itchy from chicken and dang near scratch his skin off. Have you guys looked into that? Animals like us, can develop allergies later in life. I'm fortunate that the state I live in is really pretty nice. Minnesota for the most part is easy going, except when we're all tired with winter and the season is spring. I don't live in a small town at all, though I grew up with my parents knowing so many people, that its like we are. We do have a lot of lovely hiking trail and parks. In heinsight you could probably do a meet up with fan's at a park, if the weather is nice. Picnic I'm new to homeschooling. Not that I have started as my son is only 4. Do you have any recommendations that would be great source to information. Or if you have the time, a how to get started video, could be helpful to others. I hope you have a fantastic weekend. Our little schnauzer went through skin issues. We tried so many medications and finally put him on the science diet z/d for skin issues and all better now. All his hair grew back even his little bald tail grew hair. Was so awful to see him like that.

Also, I’m not trying to sound bratty, I’ve never lived in such a small house! 1600 seems quite small to me! I have one sibling and we live in a 4500 (counting the basement) house! It must be nice at times to feel so close, but at the same time, I wonder, do you ever want space?

LDK 2012 We live in a large metro-area where real estate is prohibitively expensive for some families. We have a solid house (good bones) we plan to slowly remodel and a big backyard. (Something else that’s hard to find in newer homes.) Our home is 1400 sq ft. For six people. Being a “minimalist” helps it feel open and big enough for our family.
