Give some of the older kids to make some dinners too. You can meal plan on Sundays so the kids can decide what meal they would like to make. Pinterest has great easy recipes. Love watching your videos and seeing your family. How is your mom feeling? You can make potato pancakes with leftover mashed potatoes and fry them in a frying pan. You can buy a large fresh roast when you go to Walmart

Roast beef usually shrinks. Always buy a bigger one! It wouldn't have gone to waste with the family, looks like they all loved it. Should make it a weekly meal!!

use a recipe as a suggestion it doesnt not have to be perfect and the biggest thing is Stop suggesting that the kids won't like something as soon as you say something they start playing with it . quit being negative about the food you make. You can cook even if you are a man it all looks good . Watch your little ones lots of food goes into the garbage or doesnt get eaten .A large piece of meat "disappeared" from Claudia's plate i am sure into the garbage . You are a very capable cook just dont stress about it. Most meals served in homes across north America are not perfect i dont know what you think the rest of us eat but i can guarantee you it is not perfect !

I’m from the south and my dad used to make us potato cakes you mashed potatoes would have to look up the recipe or ask my mom. I’m assuming it’sflour but it could be cornmeal.

When my son was younger (he's now 25), he donated his hair, which was down to his butt, to Locks of Love. Great organization. He has beautiful long golden brown hair. Now he keeps it short.

More vegetables, fruit, meat. Crock pot recipes are soo easy and fast. Teach the kids how to read recipes and cook up recipes. Those big boys must be still hungry! No more candy and snacks at the store. Teach the kids to save the money for bigger items. To much buns, bread and pizza crust. That little bit of potatoes you made. Make double and have food for the next night.
