And since he wouldn't be President at that time, where is the immunity that only resides with the President? I would also add that if he violates the oath of office, would that not then give the military and any government official that also swears to uphold and defend the Constitution the ability to possibly arrest/detain Trump for violation of the oath?

Nothing will stop this. Trump and his entire party looked the other way attempting to overthrow the government. And you hope that will change because?

It's another Kavanaugh hearing bs. I'm so tired of this insanity, I don't believe anything they say as true, and I'm tired of having hope that he will ever see sentencing and go to f'in jail!!!

Along with all the TV station owners. They enjoyed about a $1.5 billion pay out. I think that’s a conservative estimate

The 14th amendment should have prevented him from being able to run, the fact it didn’t and he won there’s no way they would reject him now…..

It is clearly stated that he can’t “sit” the Supreme Court said he could run for office but sitting in offie is entirely different

He can no longer provide a credible Oath of office. So how can he be sworn in?
@xliquidflames7 сағат бұрын
Even if the stars align and all our dreams come true and the 14th amendment blocks Trump from being sworn in, it would just go to JD Vance. So, I don't know how much that helps us.
