i used to have a few more, but my lawyer asked me to take them down. Can get into legal trouble showing people and their homes. cold calling is definitely easier to post without consequences.

How would you do just sold? Would you just ask who they might know that's thinking of selling and then ask if they are moving?

i just follow the script. Go over the home that sold, then transition into asking about them.
