52:08 I had thought the FAA had approved the use of binoculars to increase vision as long as it wasn't electronic? There is an Air 3 video on YT where the pilot claims the visual-observer in a car is 'legal' & later in the video the visual-observer asks what they intend to do if the drone fails... Surely there is a somewhat high point of land somewhere.... to set a drone down on a fan(not flying, maybe even in a mesh net with no propellers) where driving down & away can test the signal distance without FAA violations.

The use of binoculars is allowed if using them to look for obstructions only. You can not use them to aid in seeing the drone itself or to extend your vlos.

Binoculars can’t be used for VLOS purposes. ‘Unaided vision” as mentioned in the regulation. Also, no you can’t have a VO in a car, it goes against 107.31(a). The pilot and the VO must be able to see the aircraft at all times.

[Not PI but the drone sales community] I'm so confused as to why Ham Radio license are not mentioned more often. Many of the Ready-to-fly custom drones are not FCC-certified so possibly they are why we must have RemoteID for the FAA. I was already investigated twice by the local law enforcement & I've only had a mini 3 for 65 days. 34:04 So am I in violation for not having the $5 registration even though I have never purchased the over-250g(rated) battery for the Mini 3? I also had an incident where I had footage for law-enforcement during a recreational flight (some lady walking down the road ask for help) but they wouldn't give me an email for the footage so I refused their in-person interaction.

i like going to car shows working on getting my part 107 i was wandering what i have to do to be able to fly at car shows and make money with the pictures selling them to the host of the show i already got approval from them just gotta do it legally

You'd probably need to purchase booth-space at the car-show event. Maybe the event-host would let you fly on a field beside the event. Some of the events in my State are called Takeovers where 50-500 people do lakeside events in small towns outside of large-cites. The car shows in the city are probably not drone friendly, but a small town lake or camp site car-show event would have areas that are not crowded with people.
