good day sir, i was terminated last oct 22, i was shock, coz on the spot that day, i emailed right away in your office, but in the next day, the former board member & resident, they want me to stay, & they have 90 % signature protest to cancel the terminate letter,

@Sanfirou Tumarkin Dear Sirs. As you are aware Canada Post temporarily laid off many emlloyees including terms casuals part and full timers as soon as the strike began. Canada Post Management said Postal Workers are no longer under the union contract or collective agreement and now are under the Canadian Labor Code. So what are the employees options since they are not under their Union Collective Agreement and its expired and CP has cancelled that agreement after? Thank you
