I found a formal complaint with my employer and then they started an investigation and then they terminate or not terminate me late. They gave me 2 days off of work and then today I return back to work only to be retaliated against some more and then the open door process was closed. So I called back to ethics to talk about my case and they don't have no recognition of my case and neither does public associate public associates I just wonder where my charge went and why I got suspended from work and how my complaint turned into retaliation and now it's an adverse action. I do believe I don't feel comfortable going back there at all
