Agreed on the walking pad. Walking pad over the summer (only morning dog walks 😊) were short of my 10-15k steps goals/day. Total game changer.

As a healthcare provider I would strongly recommend that people have their fasting insulin tested. The fasting insulin will detect insulin resistance long before the hemoglobin A1c starts to elevate. Someone with a normal fasting insulin will be able to tolerate higher carbs. Insulin resistance is a mostly silent epidemic that contributes to a lot of chronic health conditions. Also, fasting insulin levels are NOT a part of “routine” bloodwork. Keep the content coming, love it! 💚

Hey love your channel and all your content but u said u need to move your body to be in calorie deficit and i think is not true to be in calorie deficit u can sit on the couch as long u eat less then u need ❤
