Yes my tree is up i love your vibe ❤ it was raining here in Ohio .my daughter has autism she's all about spooky I'm all about Christmas and seeing the joy in her face was worth it

Ahhhh I legit screamed for you on that bench!! 2 PRs in one week! So amazing! I have to say I went from 6 to 5 to 4 training days and 4 has been such the perfect balance of rest (growth days as I call them) and not feeling so burned out! I don’t think I’ll ever go back to more than 4 lifting days.

I have been using some roasted sweet potatoes (usually leftover from dinner) and some chopped apple in my salad kits. Sounds weird, but so good 😋 I love the heated potatoes and chicken with the cld salad.

I have a hard time these days growing my quads. I finally figured out that hip thrusts are a nonnegotiable for glutes and mine have grown a lot since then. I had to lower my weight b/c the bar hurt during hip thrust but I do high reps and a lot of 1.5 reps.

I shop all year for Christmas presents!! December 1st all Christmas presents must be purchased so you can just enjoy December!! What is best? Lifting many repetitions or lifting heavy??

Thanks for the shout out! I’m glad you love your ghost face slippers! You all looked so cute for Halloween! So sorry you guys had rain. 😢 but sounds like you made sweet memories and that’s what matters in the end. I love Christmas but my tree isn’t up just yet but seems we put it up earlier each year. Maybe by this coming weekend?? 🎄🎅🏼🎁 I do most of my shopping the weekend after Thanksgiving with all the crazies but my brother and I make a weekend of it and it’s so fun!!
