@@shakeezy Well, I loved it, but it has it's faults, it's drawbacks. It's not for everyone, that's for sure. It's a lot different than living in the rest of the United States. Sometimes that difference is beautiful, sometimes that difference is exasperating. But, yeah, I love New Orleans.

Bonnie Raitt once said that, “listening to Aaron Neville sing, Tell It Like It Is, is a religious experience “! I agree! Listen to him sing the Ava Maria. It’s otherworldly. He can sing any genre. I heard him duet with Pavarotti, and it was heart-stopping! His work with his family on songs like Angola Bound, and other classic Neville Brothers music, is unmatched in New Orleans musical history. It’s one of the iconic New Orleans sound. Thank you for reacting to my favorite song and artist. I have been waiting and hoping that you would do this one!

I was such a fan back when they were touring, I lost track of how many times I saw them - 10 or 12, maybe even more. I'm such a singer person, and people are always asking who's your favorite band? Well, the only answer I ever had to that was the Neville Brothers. If you haven't experienced the Brothers live when they were at their peak, you have missed a lot. Four brothers, who were all so different, which made their blend so magical. Aaron, well, you already know. Art, on keyboards, and also part of the Meters, Charles on slinky saxophone, and Cyril on percussion and vocals. Cyril is also a great singer. And when they sang harmony.....!!! First time I heard of them was on Austin City Limits, and they sang Fever. That was it. I was hooked for life. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jZS7m5KomrqJntU
