Love the Orleans, a great locals casino and we used to play a lot of video poker there back in the day (2002-2012). There were more VP games there back then and several good progressives too. Wife once had a dealt Royal on a triple play nickel machine and a couple other Royals on the Quarter progressives. Thank you Andrew for giving us the Live Streams this weekend and happy birthday!

Orleans was my spot when I used to live there! Their steak and eggs breakfast at their diner was so good! Table Black-Jack was my game there.

13:13 In Super Double Bonus or Super Triple Bonus, if you are dealt two pairs with a high pair, you discard the lower pair. Also when you are dealt full house with the "full" being a high card rank, you go for the quad.

I like Super triple bonus b/c no need for a kicker and stepped up quad payouts. I found it years ago at Caesars vp bars near the food court, but it has been awhile.

It makes me laugh when you win on one game with a hand that would have paid more on another game or with a higher denom. Each game is it's own play so you may not have been dealt the same hand on a different game or with a higher denom but of course you know this already. Still it's funny as my Mom used to do the same thing.

Do you think doing a live stream interferes with your concentration? I don't know how you can concentrate on watching the stream, answering questions and paying attention to the poker. Seen you miss cards a few times. Just saying. Been with you from the beginning.

I wouldn't fret about hitting 4-A's with a kicker, it probably wouldn't have come up playing double double. Would have been worse hitting that hand playing Deuces wild. 🤔🤔

I wish I understood more about the music copyrights. Having it way in the background and not promoting it, an artist should get commission? And it's not like a viewer is going to pirate what's playing w/ video poker beep and blips over it. If you advertised an artist it would be different. Oh well, my opinion. BTW, I've always been a fan of this casino group...Orleans, Gold Coast, Suncoast and previously Southpoint, which was sold but still carries on great VP tables.

You shouldn't get your nose out of joint on the comp thing. In my previous life a host explained in no uncertain terms, what standards they were held to. They are not there to lose. If you want a real lot of comps, lose a lot. In fact I know of a good VP player who was barred from playing VP at a certain strip casino for being too good at winning 20-30,000 size jackpots. See what happens if you steadily win good amounts at craps or blackjack. The casinos don't care about your video blog success. They want your money.
