Sad part about JLC telling her Halloween 2018 nervous breakdown scene is that it was cut out of the final cut. It's in the deleted scenes, though. We see James Jude Courtney slowly creeping up to the window in the background.

There was a tiny scene showing Myers in the backround and JLC screaming in her car. I think it was either just before or after the restaurant scene with her family where she comes in and also has a mini breakdown.

They separate and you really didn't know which of them survived leading into the sequel. The credits would've kept Michael breathing deeply.
