I'm not sure if music playing in the background is a new thing but I like it. Please keep the music at the same volume relative to the audio from filming. Right now the music is perfect but any more or any less and it would detract from the value it provides.

Hi hiro & cameraman! In Spain is quite typical seafood. We make the same way, on a grill or pan, but with garlic, olive oil and parsley. I will try hiro's way!

In the past, most of near sea shore wetlands were destroyed in the US so they are a little hard to find in the US nowadays. And just in case ppl didnt know. Before cooking them, you are supposed to put them in water (add in a little salt) for like half day for them to give out dust and sand.

Here in Scotland these are really cheap and easy to get at fishmongers. We can even go harvest them ourselves, we have lots of clean beaches and coastline that we can forage for wild seafood and fish. It's just a shame my husband dislikes seafood, it'll have to be a treat for me and my teenager!

I just came back from fishing for giant tiger shrimp and when I brought them home I realised some were still alive so I put them in my marine tank and they were happily swimming around but then I couldn't resist not eating them so I scooped them back out and put them in the fridge for tomorrows dinner lol
@nahor887 жыл бұрын
I hope you put them on ice right away if they were dead already.
@jonathanlee977 жыл бұрын
nahor88 I don't think they would spoil after 20 mins being out of water. I literally caught them with a rod one by one and kept them in a net till I was ready to go back. They were still jumping when I was on the way home. But yes I can get ice from the prawning place if I needed it but since I live not more than 10 mins away I didn't bother
