Referal for neurocognitive eval question was good. The question of assessing the stage of change was good. R/O medical, SA, Cognitive problem before intervention. Golden rule was helpful. Thanks.🎉🎉❤❤

in Q4 : your rational stated that the social worker should acknowledge the clients fears etc. I think you should've also noted that knowing who you are as the social worker in the question is important and that referring out because it's beyond our scope is important to state. Providing education about drugs is out of our scope of practice.. since it did not indicate if we were a substance us counselor ... which is another reason why we are referring the client to drug education.

Q8 should be a mandated report to CPS based on child endangerment. Just because the victim has forgiven her dad doesn’t mean she should expose her daughters to the same abuse she experienced. As a CPS worker, I would have accepted this referral and worked it.

Please make sure to attune to ALL the details in the stem. There is no need or concern to file a mandated reported. You accepting the referral vs getting the answer correct on the exam or two different facets.

On Q6, Could you explain why it was not C " developed a safety contract/ safety plan with the client" Given that the question says the sw believed the "threat is serious" I thought the first thing to do would be to address her thoughts/ intent, later remind her that she must tell parents since confidentiality limits were already discussed with her? Thanks for the explanation.

Safety contracts for suicidal ideation are not recommended/evidence based and only provide a false sense of safety
