Omg as a Dutch person watching this had me cracking up. I can’t believe they put Italy/Greece and HOLLAND in 1 video. And when she said no more saturdays at the mall.. HAHHA in Holland it rains all the time and the weather is awfull. Also the people are not inviting and foodculture is non existent. However, jobs, salaries, work life balance, pension, infrastructure etc. are very good here. But My God, Toscany, Krete and ARNHEM? I could have never imagned that

Second person who commented that about this, your comment actually proves it’s a small island to me. Being able drive across it in one day is the definition of small. It takes 9 hours to drive from northern Florida to southern Florida, and that is the same state. Not to forget to mention that Americans drive 80-90 MILES per hour on average while making that trip. Everything must be relative.

It's a wonderful place to live if you are not part of the "local system". So long as you get your income from abroad and live like a tourist, you'll love life there. The minute you need to get anything done at the gov't or bank level, forget it. Be prepared for incompetence and in your face rudeness, "how dare you ask me to do my job". Only thing is that Tokyo is most densely populated city in the world. My home town, part of the Atlanta Georgia Metro Area has 6 million people. Crete has 488k. Been to Puerto Rico, and also consider it to be small. Maybe “small island” isn’t what men’s when we say that, as we mean small town-ish in comparison to what we know.
