South Africa asked the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Thursday to order Israel to halt its Rafah offensive, and argued that the assault posed a risk to "the very survival of Palestinians in Gaza."
South Africa's ambassador to the Netherlands, Vusi Madonsela, asked the court in his opening remarks to "do what it can to stop the genocide," which he said had "shocked the conscience of humanity."
He added that South Africa's fourth submission to the court was triggered not only by the assault on Rafah but by an intensification of the Israeli assault across Gaza in the last few days.

I wish it could, but even if it does absolutely everything that is in its power, it does not have the ability to stop the genocide. It can’t stop loF from firing even one bullet. Not to say the court is irrelevant, just that its power is limited to certain functions. It can hear and decide cases and issue opinions and orders. But it can’t enforce them. That’s for another body, the UN Security Council, and that’s where things are more problematic because it can’t act if USA (or any of the 5 permanent members) vetoes. It’s like if a domestic didn’t have the cooperation of “law enforcement.” The court doesn’t have its own forces. So it can issue legally binding orders, but it can’t physically bind anything. All to say only that we should manage our expectations. Because if we think ICJ can stop the وeסחcíde, we’re 100% going to be some kind of disappointed.

Did you see the security council,the council of colonisation .All their faces of evil the colonisers in chief,they make it legal or not.They have allowed Europeans to go into Africa,India, China , South America,they allow only Europeans to colonise . Now the Middle East .All they are doing is helping whites colonise a piece so that they can legally steal more and more.If you can steal a small piece then you can steal it all bit by bit.
