They have a seperate organization setup called IHRA or, International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance. Founded in 1998 to oversee cases of antisemitism around the world. As of the 7th. October they have been feverish in their plans to place criticizing the government of Israel along side criticizing Jews in general, ie. An act of antisemitism.

To use force in order to make them change. Where will it ICJ get that backing and which force , forces, are going to take up arms against a country which has the entire political system of America in its back pocket. The only neutral forces out there are China, Russia, India, south Africa, north Korea, Indonesia, Pakistan, the Yemen, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, Lebanon, south American nations etc. At the moment, the BRICS countries are still only an economic coalition, not as yet, an alternative to NATO. This leaves us with a judgment going in Palestinians favor, but from a toothless political NGO with no access to a body of international militia to enforce its judgment. I can't imagine how utterly soul destroying it is for Riyad Mansour to have tried for so long to be a voice for his people, to watch them butchered, and still have to beg to be treated with the same rights and laws as the rest of us. Technically, their decision is binding, but it still has to go through the UN security council, and the US can and will block enforcement of any action towards Israel. I can't remember if it was 2002 or 2004, ICJ ruled that Israel's wall in occupied Palestine was illegal. It was "advisory". The decision was taken to the security council. Guess what? Vetoed.
