MY FAVORITE EATING PLACE IN TEXAS. I DRIVE ALL THE WAY FROM MISSISSIPPI JUST TO EAT THERE. IT'S OWNED BY AN INDIAN HYDERABADI FAMILY. IS AMIR BHAI- AMIR KHAN STILL WORKING THERE? I'VE BEEN EATING THERE FOR 15-20 YEARS. JACKSON, MS

Make sure....Its Halal food....Ismaili community dont believe on halal food..Should check Halal meat vender.who is supplying halal meat and check your self vender status. Mostly ( Ismailis business man) not using ZABIHA meat in the restaurant because its expensive then local meat ( not zabiha or not halal) supplier. ..

Rehan Siddiqui...Shauqat Maredia and his family are all about honest service to the community at large with mission to accommodate the Halaal tradition and requirement of the Muslim community. During Covid-19 lockdown and the entire 2020, they provided free food for thousands of families at NO charge. The Ramadan Iftaar is FREE. You need to know the quality of this family-leadership to come up with the mission Shauqat Maredia has set. Instead of going after Ismaili or any ethnic community, why don't you check it out for yourself? Go out and talk to Mr. Maredia, you will see him working the floors everyday. Their philanthropy surpasses any idea you may have about what they have done so far. Why would they be dishonest? What inspired you to write such negative things about them? You think you are the only puritanical upholder of Halaal traditions?

@@inteltavangar He has a point and it could be valid. Hes raising a point. It could be possible regardless of what he and his family is doing. There are people who love him. I have met him few times I have found him little rude. The service is very fast and organized in his restaurant . I gave him full marks for that. People love the food at Agha but I feel it very spicy and not as good as other best restaurants. I could be wrong about it. We all have our own opinions.

@@coolgoy212 Agreed. Your analysis is valid. Truly there are few restaurants of this type of concept sprung up in the last 5_7 years and they have tried to copy the platform. Aga has maintained strong presence inspite of the competition because the Houston is expanding like never before which adds more people. Savoy tried with a different approach...serving food 🔥 in metal haandi w candle under it. Elite Indo Pak has captured the Westside community. Restaurant that serve meat have to be very careful and therefore they display Zabiha Halaal certificate to authenticate their food which is what I would check to make sure.
