Advance rental for 6/12 months WITHOUT demo, so you pay and install. 3. Repairing and maintenance is customer's responsibility 4. Unwanted OTT and STB charges compulsorily 5. Frequent disconnection- 5mins every 1-1.5hr 6. No local customer service, negligence in service by appelate and customer care as rental already received and non refundable 7. Less monthly data if compared with actual fiber 8. It is not ACTUAL fiber, so lot of speed issues 9. Not good for gaming or IT work as high latency
