I came back and watched this doctor’s testimony a second time. The defense needs to review the nurse practitioners notes and possibly call the nurse practitioner. I almost guarantee you the nurses charting/notes are much more detailed. I would even get the staff nurse’s charting/notes and review it. They possibly might need to call the staff nurse too. Hopefully they have gone over John’s entire chart. When you are running a code there is a nurse whose sole reasonably is recording. Surely they have received and gone through the entire file. This is exactly why there are trained legal nurses who testify in cases. They know the protocols and how things are done.

Yes, in my hospital when I work as charge nurse I'm the code "recorder". Such great advice!
@Rowgue515 ай бұрын
There is no need to even go there. The point has already been made that regardless of what anybody is now claiming 2+ years later, there is no documentation anywhere that anybody ever recorded that indicates it was even suggested that John's injuries may be the result of being hit by a car. If it was documented anywhere the prosecutors would be presenting that instead of people just claiming they remember it, and the people on the jury know that.

Why does this doctor seem like he has been warned to cooperate with the state? hmmm. Aside from being exhausted from work or sheer fear…he barely remembers anything -denies responsibility for anything. “I didn’t write a report.” aside: The other day I heard a doctor complaining about Not being paid enough and not having enough down time. I had to freakin laugh. He thought he was gonna be like on constant vacay and rich as Midas. LOL- I had to laugh because all the guys I knew who headed to med school were just a$$holer losers in it for the money and with no great character inside. They all cheated in high school and college too. Bought papers online, Now you can’t get away with that so much. Hopefully they studied and did learn. But this guy was moaning tho he said he was well compensated-he just thought it’d be a lot more.

@theduiguyplus THANK YOUUU for your fury with this doctor’s testimony. I got nauseous and cried as a patient who has been gaslit at hospitals by alllll kinds of doctors until I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder finally at the age of 36 after 3 years bedridden. I appreciate the validation of my infuriation. Because the US “healthcare” system is full of these guys. With the patient, doing the paperwork and passing around the money. It is terrifying that people like this is who our lives are in the hands of when we need them most. It is a whole racket. RICO if you ask me. But your reaction calmed my soul and I cannot tell you how much J appreciate it. It had ruined my day, but you made it better. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ “This is insanity” yes sir. Thank you.

Rico would be a good way to break up the insurance cartels…
@beastshawnee5 ай бұрын
oh I also spent 50+ years without a diagnosis. Finally had fibromyalgia written down and I swear I still heard doctors saying it wasn’t real even after that but they became the minority quickly.. I’d wish all my pains on those gaslighters but even they don’t deserve the hell I have lived thru since being BORN with this. Mom described my odd symptoms as an infant even. I was always too hot or too cold and too “tender headed” and too “thinskinned”. They thought I was wussy and preferred to cry rather than appreciate how extremely tough I was -getting into wild adventures and exploring THRU al my pains. But once the pains accumulated- one more painful thing might set me to a meltdown. It can still happen. Rare. But 4-5 days ago it did. scraped my leg (no blood) on the bed edge…lost it. Today I bought some alcohol to keep the pain more manageable. Better than opiates maybe. But I’m not a drinker at all. It’s just for pain.
@LisaLeeLeeBlue5 ай бұрын
@@beastshawnee opiates and alcohol always lead to worse pain and and worse symptoms like ulcers and organ failure, besides addiction and withdrawals. I mean even prescriptions give you withdrawals and if you get kicked off insurance, or all of a sudden insurance doesn’t cover it, you’re sht outta luck. The answers are probably all having to do with gut and teeth/gums. It affects everything. Something could be causing inflammation, or there could be nerve damage somewhere. The biggest problem with doctors is they are expected to diagnose you in like 15-30 minutes. You can’t even read all my symptoms in that amount of time. And they never inquire a book or speak to other doctors for their insight, or to your other specialists. Sooo how can anything actually be properly diagnosed? They all get sued at some point, and they are afraid to look you in the eye and figure anything out. Then you have the narcissistic docs with books out and television appearances who have yelled at me. They are humans and they are fallible. And they are working in a system that is money over everything. Plus they have to do computer input before during and after visits. It just sucks for all of us because it’s only getting worse. Can you imagine busting your butt for almost a decade or more in school and training and the stack of debt, and then realizing you can really only do so much? If anything at all? I have to remind myself this so I don’t let it get to me in sadness or anger because we gotta live this life the best we can, pain or no pain. I have been utilizing heating pads and heating blankets, stretching, and then ice packs and that has helped a lot. It’s just really time consuming, and I am a single mom with a 4 year old whose body is completely malfunctioning in new ways every week. And people don’t believe me like I’m lazy. I’m just scared to push myself like I always used to, cause I don’t have anyone to help with my little girl and hospitals are longgg periods of time and uncomfortable and often don’t or can’t help. What’s strange is even if I don’t show up in bloodwork as dehydrated, a simple saline drip always brings the pain down, and the hospitals have no problem giving that because it is essentially harmless. And I only go if I’m completely like crawling on the floor crying for like at least a week. It’s the look in their eyes that they think I’m crazy and nothing is wrong and being brushed off like I’m not important. That hurts my heart. I don’t want pity, but some compassion and understanding and little bit of trying to help, even if it doesn’t work out, goes a long way. So many doctors are straight disrespectful and just want to go home. I get it. But ugh.

‼️‼️ I think Higgins did it. (Maybe not intentionally murder, but murder ended up being the case).. He claims he left the house first that night, and he also claims that he didn’t see any other vehicles when he left the house. He probably was leaving and ran up on John O’Keefe right after he got out Karen’s SUV & was in the process of going in the house- with Karen already pulled off. (Was Higgins brought up after leaving the bar in SUV?) O’Keefe probably saw all the messages maybe, being that he noticed her and Higgins on the security ring camera leaving the other night, and it made him uncomfortable. Seek & you shall find?… **And it’s kind of jarring, the emotions he had that led to GENUINE tearing up at least 3 times in weird moments. (not really holding that against him, but 👀👀👀)…

I think the lipsmacking is from dry lips. The dry lips are because of molds in the air affecting a mild allergic reaction in MOST people, causing the sinuses to drain extra, causing the sinuses to steal moisture from the lips. Governmental buildings old and new tend to have molds. I personally am EXTRA freakin sensitive to these things and dry lips and mouth is my first clue I am in a reactive state. It also triggers coughing and throat clearing.
