I am a retired RN. I worked ICU and CCU during my time as a nurse. The first time I started watching this trial there was a paramedic on the stand being questioned. He stated that John was intubated for breathing and that they started compressions. I may have missed that then they shocked him and gave epinephrine. I never heard him say that. If someone is straight lined, meaning asystole, then it doesn't do any good to try and warm the person due to hypothermia. If you can't get a heartbeat back means that the person is deceased. I was trained in advance cardiac life support. The ER doctor that testified sounded inept. My first thought after I heard the paramedic testify to what John's injuries were was, it sounds like John was beaten not hit by a car. And like I said that was the only thing I knew about the trial at that time. Please, if anyone heard that John was shocked and given epinephrine please let me know. I just don't recall it being said.
@katchristensen42115 ай бұрын
Do you recall what paramedic it was on the stand?

Someone testified early on that they have to warm then up because they're not considered dead until they're warm and dead.
@TimParker-Chambers5 ай бұрын
I think the 'doctor' mentioned giving a shot of epinephrine would be a course of action, but I forget if he said it was actually done... To be honest, I think he's either; a fraud masquerading as a doctor, or, a highly incompetent doctor moving from hospital to hospital, before the medical board revokes his licence to practice. That he didn't know 95f(35c) is the threshold for hypothermia was a *huge* red flag to me. He seemed to know enough to confuse a lay-person, but his *basic* medical knowledge was non-existent... (I spent the first 18 years of my life in and out of hospital and doctors offices, and have been reading medical texts since childhood: I may not be a doctor, but I guarantee that if I sat medical exams, I know enough to pass them...)

I’d like to see a list of the cop tricks they used to pull this one off. What I have seen so far: Write down an incorrect house number if it’s a cop’s house. I can see someone inverting numbers or mistaking the number -but for every single form to have the wrong address? nah-That’s a policy. Notify your fellows if an order of protection for cell phones is on the way to their house-so they can all trade in their cells and destroy evidence the DAY BEFORE. Timing like that- that’s a favor. Allow all the cops and cop family to stay hidden away inside the house while conducting a murder investigation just outside in the yard. That’s blatant protectionism. Blow crap around the site and contaminate all physical evidence by ignoring gathering protocols using improper storage to then sitting on some evidence. That’s conspiracy and collusion, frankly. In my local town- they covered for the murder of a Native American man inside the jail. Conspiring with the forensics. Labeling it a death from alcohol poisoning when clearly he had been beaten to death by cops. they hid his body for four days which forensics did notate. It’s like he wrote down the injuries and the late arrival of the corpse but then was bullied to write alcohol on cause of death. No one was willing to fight the good ole boy system here. Cops and judges and prosecutors think everyone is guilty and act en force together to convict … BUT when something goes wrong on their end and laws get broken- they will break a hundred more and conspire to make cops look like heroes. Looking at these cops in this trial- mainly I am struck by how many are stupid lushes.

@EddyA13375 ай бұрын
Naw if whenever a guy tells another guy his GF is doing stuff like that there is no fight, because the Bro Code was upheld. I think drugs were involved in some form or fashion. Hypothesis 1. The perpetuators were high (cocaine makes people overconfident and aggressive, combine that with alcohol and you have a recipe for fighting) Hypothesis 2. JO had mentioned to the Alberts that Colin Albert was selling drugs, which led to a confrontation in the basement. There could be elements from both hypotheses. Either way, KR is innocent.
@Daisy-Girl00215 ай бұрын
I disagree about the "bro code" If I was kissing my husband's friend there would be zeroooo bro code and the friendship would be over as well as our marriage... I 1000 percent believe that Higgins was jealous over KR and it was set the f*ck up to have him come back to the after hours at Albert's house..It went wayyy to far and they k*lled him and dumped him and the saga continues 😡 JM tried to get Karen to go with her...for what reason She was HUVERING over KR outside the bar when everyone else was still inside 🤷♀️ Doesn't add up!!

@TimParker-Chambers5 ай бұрын
In theory 'no', because back in the day, not everywhere had cameras everywhere, so the lack of footage wouldn't be an issue. However: In this case, if there's footage from other times but none from that specific point in time, then that in itself is a damning thing, because it means the footage was destroyed. That all being said, IMHuO *none* of this forensics evidence should be admissible, because it was sloppily collected, sloppily analyzed, and seriously cross-contaminated to the point of uselessness... The first forensics lady, is *way* too sloppy with her practices; she should be out of a job (and every case her work touched, should be re-examined due to unreliable forensics) 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I took it from that house right to Canton and they were with me the whole time. There’s more to that story than what they’re saying because I didn’t see no damage on it. I would have taken a picture. If there was damage on it the state police would’ve taken pictures long before they called me if it had damage on it. They would’ve taken a picture right there in the driveway if it had damage on it.” He must’ve said it several times before the end of the call.
