Ciao Fiorella and Aden, I love this house, the attic or storage area is not a problem, I need only one bedroom, so I would make one a living room. This is one of the cutest houses, The village is amazing as well. I love how they dress it up for Christmas. "Perfetto" Amore da N.Y.

Love the entryway… room for nice decorative pot/containers w/small decorative trees both sides! Love the arched windows… doors etc. Many possibilities here.

Just wanted to say how much I enjoy you both as guides to these living spaces. At 78 I'm not sure I will make it to live in Italy though it is my favorite country and one never knows. Keep up the good work.

Curious that ‘maybe one day’ no rush at all- o you could address (or not) suggestion: we all notice the stones that are revealed when plaster removed…so incredibly beautiful… & I’ve wondered about the different colors revealed. Sometimes stone colors are a golden-ish, others a more brick pale terracotta & appear like brick w/soft rusty color, and other times the revealed stonework are stones that are more of a white to grayish color. Is one better than another as far as quality? What hundreds of yrs ago was the preferred.. or deemed the best & why? Where did it come from? I imagine the stone work from different regions of Italy & possibly even some imported with trade from neighboring countries. Is there anything you’ve learned about the stones & plasters? Also building process from long ago- tho you are not a history channel either. I find it all fascinating to buy a place with such amazing history! & thank you one day for sharing. Anyways after a phone crash & collapse I am back, finally. Phone crashed in midst of Christmas present buying & still one gift not received! Soon Patreon as shared with you prior. Will happen but first figuring out new ph getting apps & messenger etc. At least I was able to subscribe! Happy and blessed 2025 to you both!

Nice little house. Could you live there if you bought it out right. On social security of around 1323 a month. If you didn't have a house payment. Would it be possible. Plus your 401 k
