If you fast again use organic grape juice the deep purple Concord juice and there is an Arnold Ehrets a master at the fast, I learned valuable nuggets and applied them. I fasted 15 days on organic grape juice and distilled water, it was an amazing twoweeks! He is from the 'old days'.

how do you figure out how much yarn you need for like a baby or twin size afghan for example?

You can do a swatch gauge square.. and measure how much yarn you used... this will give you an idea of how much to use.
