I bought these but can NOT figure out how to connect them threw blue tooth.. Can you help?

You have to go into your settings Hit Bluetooth and then hit pair to Bluetooth devices Make sure that the Bluetooth device is on so when it scans for it it can pick it up

I have tried everything but mines won't come on

Take it back to the store for an even exchange if they don't have that item no longer even exchange another item. That's their policy

If you have the earbud sizes from another one they should be compatible
