Excellent! I thoroughly enjoyed this round-table. You touch on this aspect, in many of your videos-to a degree-in regards to warranty/service, but if viewers’ are interested in any luxury appliances it would behove them to first check whether their area is serviced by the manufacturer and read their warranty/service fine print. I reside in a major metropolitan area, which does make a difference for owning said caliber of appliances. Being a Miele fan I can call and have Miele service with no issues. I do wish Miele would study and reconsider the full-size washer US market. My favorite topic in this video is definitely ventilation. This is so critically important and yet misunderstood whether it be from a building contractor perspective or proper building code. America truly needs to become much more savvy at addressing its future and training a legitimate “skilled labor” workforce to meet a better tomorrow. Also, as Steve mentioned knowledgeable sales staff is essential at this level of appliance, but also at entry level appliances. I am so tried of dealing with a salesforce who are unknowledgeable about the products they sell. When I go to purchase appliances I do so with enthusiasm only to be typically met by someone who simply wants to collect a paycheck. The higher-end luxury showrooms are always nice and better at speaking about their products, but cater to a small group, including Architects and industry people. This is too bad as quality in America is paid for, but can be aspirational as well to all socioeconomic groups.

This was great, thank you for sharing! Do you know when the updated Miele 7000 series induction cooktops will be available (here in the US, I mean)? Their PR from earlier this year said "this summer"...

TBH, I have nothing but problems with most touch screen controls. Either I press too hard or not hard enough, so the controls do not respond. And I'm concerned that in the kitchen my fingers would be too dirty to operate a touch screen.

Will you do one with BSH? When will the CU421100 invisible induction come to the USA?

Yes we will

I enjoy the look of the AGA Era, but I would never buy one. At my age I want to limit the amount of bending I have to do. A cooktop and a wall oven would be best for me.

@@YaleAppliance1 could you elaborate on what you meant by that? I find it very interesting

We have an event called AIS for designers and builders. SubZero is sponsoring some of it.
