Neyo we can really blame the girl. The country the guy reside it’s not an English speaking country compared to like Uk, canada and other English speaking countries. She might find it difficult to adapt in that kind of environment. I don’t think I want to move to a country whereby I don’t understand their language neither do they communicate in English.
