Don't sit in your car at the "drug motel." You have to meet them in the bathroom of McDonalds. Don't put your weed in small dime bags. If they want to buy $50. Don't carry 5 dime bags, give it to them in one bag so if you do get busted you can say 'its my weed for me to use". And always carry some blunt wraps so it dont look like your a dealer. Since people can't comprehend the situation: 1) Police see man in a car in a hotel parking lot at night. A hotel known for drugs and prostitution. 2) Police walk up to question the man as to why he is there. 3) Police smell weed coming from the car. 4) Police have probable cause, search the car and find multiple baggies of weed. (Intent to sell) 5) Man gets arrested. Doesn't matter what you think of weed. If it should be legal or not. It is against the law. Police enforce the law (why they're called law enforcement).

I used to hate people who smoked weed, I wouldnt go anywhere near them, until one night when I was a little drunk( GATEWAY DRUG-ALCOHOL.) I thought id try to smoke some bud, and Ive never looked back. I prefer it to alcohol because alcohol has repercussions ie. hangovers, intoxication to perform simple tasks such as interacting and communicating with others to more complex and necessary tasks such as driving or taking care of a newborn/infant. With weed, the only repercussion, is that you can be arrested. Thats it. Theres no reason its illegal other than it providing more health benefits than the equivalent anecdote in pill form, minus the chronic addiction you get from most pills that come from the wealthy factories of the pharmaceutical companies. I can perform every task mentioned above while high off cannabis. The fact that we see people stumbling around, getting extremely angry or sad for no apparent reason, and drunk driving kill more people than the flu each year (not sure if accurate, please fact check) but you get the point. Cannabis has killed noone, its mind blowing to me how we allow alcohol, the substance where you cant even form a proper sentence, to be legal, but cannabis, on the other hand, is demonized to the fullest extent...with no facts to back up the assumption that youre anywhere near as impaired as you are on alcohol...tf people. WAKE up

This was easy candy for the Officers. Probable cause was in place which led them to search. The “drug dealer” could’ve easily conversed with the Officers outside of his vehicle and would’ve avoided any suspicions of any narcotics in the vehicle. It’s all about how you articulate the situation afterwards. Let’s say he did step out of the vehicle, how long do you think the Officer would be talking with him til he realized he was out of questions to ask. Great video and great community policing.
