They ruled a president has immunity when exercising his powers and official acts as enumerated in the Constitution. Not for anything a president feels like doing. This applies to Clinton, Bush, Obama and Biden too. So they won’t be able to be prosecuted for certain things they did in office. For example, Obama ordering a drone strike on American citizens without any kind of court proceeding. Which he did.
