Narada, your voice brightens up my day! I absolutely love these long videos that I can watch whilst working from home. And yes, I love love LOVE ORS Hair Mayonnaise. And do you remember their olive oil replenishing conditioner that smells like oranges? We still hoard that whenever we find it Xxx

Hello...I am sooo lost. What's the best style/cornroll style for front of the head alopecia?
@iateyursandwiches3 ай бұрын
That's hard. How much alopecia are we talking? You may need extension hair or something to cover it.

I would guess not doing cornrows anymore until the scalp has recovered?

try wearing decorative headscarves for low manipulation

Thanks for answering my question. I dont think i explained the second part of my question well though. 55:44 in terms of using moisture shampoos weekly while using grease, should we stick to the ones you recommend(Biolage) and avoid most shampoos aimed at natural hair(which tend to be close to cowash)? Just want to make sure I dont encourage too much build-up during the month that could lead to dryness.

you can use whatever you want but if you are clarifying every month you shouldn't incur build up. I don't cowash or use non cleansing cleansers so i don't know what is going to happen with that. If you decide to do your own thing with that, then you need to adjust your routine accordingly.

@AfrikanHairGod I don't like cowashes either but it's hard to distinguish between moisture shampoos that actually cleanse vs that are so gentle they are just a step above a co wash. I will just stick to the one from biolage that you recommend or at the very least, the ones with sulfates in them.

1:38:20 more like "chair side manner" lol And hard water is a known thing. You have to be pretty uninformed/living under a rock to not know about hard water and the known effects it has on hair and skin. Its been a thing. I know Will made a big deal about it years ago while he was living in California
