The brits love microstrategy because there are very few mainstream ways to invest in BTC. ETF's are not approved, retirement accounts have no way to get exposure to BTC. So we all deal in MSTR!

Being in the UK, we all used Microstrategy in our Sipps as a bitcoin proxy as we cannot access the US etfs. We have ETNs, but they are institutional only, not retail. Long live Saylor!!

Nobody has missed out oh MSTR. It's like arguing that you bought Bitcoin at 3,000 versus 10,000 when the price is now 10 million. MSTR has so much more to give. It's like a biological organism that eats FIAT and churns out BTC, making everyone in involved richer in the process. The incentives are so well aligned that Saylor doesn't even need to do anything now that the process has been implemented. I suspect he'll be working on more ideas to increase Bitcoin yeild (already at 18% for this year and still 2.5 of the best months ever.

The bull run is not infinite. We need to talk about what happens when the 18% yield turns to -48% or -76%. I get that as long as the debt service is covered, we should be fine, but I see no analysis on how these scenarios play out…

The worst case scenario with MSTR is in a bear market, it trades below 1 NAV but nobody understood how valuable MSTR was when this happened in the previous bear. It's possible this won't repeat.

Question. If we say BTC might reasonalbly do a 2x from here, then Surely SOL can go a kot more than a x3. I look at al the relatively small MC and all tye dead L1s it will steal from plus its sheer domunance in users and TPS etc plus ETH will leak to it. I see it doing a x 6 or more from here (though I will sell half at x2.5 and lock in the profits. Seems like a x2 of 2021 should be a sinch. It was one of half a dozen back then. Now it stands alone. 600-750 seems possible.

James the reason why many Brits including myself have made a ton of money in MSTR is because it was the easiest way to hold Bitcoin in a tax free wrapper using ISA and SiPPs. Michael Saylor in some interviews try’s to explain what’s going on with MSTR using thermodynamics ( he’s an engineer at heart) totally over my head so I think it will be very interesting to see how your models play out

we are not sure. my deer case last nite - was a hard brake and a swerve. FSD will prob follow ethical theories like utilitarianism (saving the most lives or those with more years ahead) or deontological ethics (avoiding direct harm), but i am not sure.

It’s why even on FSD mode the person must continue active and always ready to pickup the wheel and not like sleeping while FSD is on, at least for now.
