Hi Anita, I am so glad that I watched this as my husband and I both prefer natural remedies. He has, in the past, really enjoyed having a tablesspoon of apple cider vinegar in the mornings. I am also so happy to have a gentle reminder of the goodness of sardines and other canned fish. I need to reintroduce this to my diet and be more consistent. More than anything, I truly enjoy your gentle and natural delivery. It inspires confidence in those of us who rely on your talks. Thank you!

Laura at healthy carnivore who is a nurse said the problem with the doctors giving you that medication is in reality. You actually need more acid to digest your food and that medicine lowers the acid so that makes sense to me that you would take vinegar to help digest the food because you need more acid in reality. Just wanted to share that hope it helps. Thank you for this information. It is very interesting and helpful and inspiring.❤️🤗❤️

He also puts himalayan salt in that mix with the ACV and wow that makes it so tasty

Hi Anita Really enjoyed your video on lion’s diet. I’m still struggling with gut issues. Drinks with ACV have helped with reflux but still have other issues. Would love a more detailed video on yogurt with Reuteri. I have the capsules but not sure how to best use them. Thank you for all your support in this community! 😊😊😊

Enjoy your Sunday night talks, i have learned so much about this way of life diet. As I see the health benefits for me, the weight has to be second as a bonus, I have been Carnivore for 3 1/2 months, I have made your brown butter bites. I can’t wait to make more of your recipes. Do you weigh your meat raw or cooked?
@KetogenicWoman2 ай бұрын
Really depends on the meat and what entries cronometer has available. Sometimes when I look up a meat the entry will say if it's cooked or raw.

Q Anita my question revolves around The Lion Diet. I heard on your last video you mentioned realizing intolerance with a lot of ingredients. This morning I ate 3 eggs scrambled in butter with beef bacon mixed in. When I started eating my nose started running and in started sneezing. I had no salt and drank only water. My question is Should I make the jump? I believe mentioning sensitivities might be what’s holding me back. I hope I can hear from you.

I think of the Lion Diet as the ultimate elimination diet. After at least 30 days of only beef and lamb, you can slowly add back the other things one at a time and see how your body reacts.

I've tried a few dozen times to get off protonix. The LPR keeps coming back. Migraines, ear issues, sinusitis, sore throat. Sucks.

Have you had any issues acid reflux or indigestion eating bacon. I'm wondering if bacon just isn't for me but I'm not sure I'm going to cut it out and see. Have you had any indigestion issues being on Lion??
@KetogenicWomanАй бұрын
No digestion issues with bacon. I do have a long history of digestion issues. This have improved slowly over time. On Lion there have been a couple times after a LOT of fat that I felt it.
