Love that you are addressing the emotional and trauma factors in autoimmune ds and other health problems, including chronic pain. In my experience working with folks for the past 26 years there are always specific emotional trauma/belief components to inflammation. What's really cool is that if people detox and hypernourish-love that term-even with the traumas and fear based beliefs they still can heal physically. But food and other addictions persist without addressing the emotional, so people have a hard time staying consistent with the dietary guidelines that reduce inflammation. You absolutely have proven this works, adding the emotional healing coaching helps people go the whole distance. Thanks for sharing so much for free, I refer everyone to your site and vids. It's helping so many. God bless!

Thank you so much for all the hard work that you do to help people to get better, I personally see a tremendous difference since I started your hyper nutrition protocol and I love it. I was wondering if you could tell me how much flax seed oil I can take that will be equivalent to my 1/4 of a cup that i use every day in my smoothie, I’m asking that because I’m gonna travel and I will not have access to a vitamix blender.

Thank you!! I would love to see you promote sprouts and microgreens and wheatgrass. I know you recommend raw vegetables, but many people just don't like the big salads, and maybe can't afford to buy all the spinach/kale to put in their smoothies. By growing your own sprouts, ie broccoli sprouts, you get a nutritional powerhouse and anywhere from 10-50 times more than the grown up vegetable. They are cheap, organic, sustainable, easy for everyone to grow and fun for kids to see where their food comes from. Highly recommend "The Sprout Book" by Doug Evans, or looking for his interviews on YT this past year.

Dr G, have you worked with folks with an EMF (Electromagnetic Field Sensitivity or dirty electricity?) I'm doing your protocol hoping that by building up my immune system and getting rid of inflamation will take away my sensitivity. My symptoms when I'm under the influence: problems sleeping, ringing in the ears, heart palpitations and irregular heart beat. My computers in my home are 'hard wired' and a safe, no-wifi, zone. I've tried so many things but with little or no improvement. When I have good results from your program I will let you know and I will spread the good news to others who have my same problem. I'm on day 4.

Are nuts allowed on the 6-week hyper nourishment protocol? And THANK YOU sooooooooo much for all you have done and are doing, Brooke & Thomas!!! Xoxoxo Incredible. I am dreading the answer to this question since I've been trying to stick to the 6-wk hyper nourishment protocol by the book. (Kicking M.S. to the curb.)😁🎉👍 ....*Meanwhile*...😬😬😬...I've been making a lot of delicious raw vegan sauces to dip my veggies in that are made from raw cashews. I also have some that I wanna try that are made out of macadamia nuts. 😬😬😬 Have I been working against my results? I'm concerned because I'm aware that there's no oil on the hyper nourishment program (besides flaxseed oil,) and I want to be doing things 100%. Are nuts ok, or are they going to have to wait until I'm recovered? Here's to hoping... 😁 Thank you again to all who are in it to win it!! To your health. 💜
@patticurry5652 жыл бұрын
Yes, you are working against yourself. I have heard her say that nuts and other seeds have too much Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio, even walnuts, and counteract the healing, anti-inflammatory properties of flax and chia. Plus brazil nuts, cashews and macadamia nuts have saturated fat so I imagine Dr G would say to eat very sparingly when you are in good health.
@janetpattison84742 жыл бұрын
I've read dr. Goldners book, listened to all the testimonials on YT & on Dr. G's website , as well as listenef to her KZbin talks. I've never heard anything mentioned by her or anyone else that you can include nuts as part of her green smoothie protocol. If you're not doing the strict green smoothie healing protocol, that's a different story. AND, as I said in another comment, flaxseed has a chemical that converts to Cyanide in a liquid, and there is a lot of info online about this including a London Times. I'm totally baffled by the fact that people still encourage flaxseed use, I've heard about the potential toxicity in it for at least 20 years.
@thenellierose Жыл бұрын
@@janetpattison8474 I appreciate you sharing the info about flaxseeds. I had never heard of it! I looked it up and it seems like, depending on age/weight, three tablespoons per day of raw ground flaxseeds is about as much as one would want to have. (Although another article I read stated "humans would need to consume the unrealistic amount of 1 kg of flaxseed daily for cyanide toxicity to ever manifest itself.") It seems as though the oil is safe, though, based on what I read. It also seems to be that cooking it in baked goods eliminates the cyanide-forming component while still retaining the health benefits so for people who are able to progress to cooked foods on this protocol, that might be an option. I can't be sure, I'm just looking into all of this. Maybe someone will bring this up in a Q & A at some point. Thanks for sharing!

Flax seed has a chemical that converts to cyanide in a liquid. This information has been around forever. Among other sources of info, the London times did a story on the toxicity of flax seed. If you're eating it rarely maybe it doesn't matter, but for people who are ingesting flax seed on a regular basis, you might want to do your homework and check out the story about arsenic & flax seed.
@samsdaughterdehaven99902 жыл бұрын
There was this same panic when articles about cyanide in apple juice (from the seeds) came out in the news. If this was truly a problem with the green smoothies then people would be dropping dead all the time. Therefore, don't panic people! And you mentioned both cyanide and arsenic.
@jt68712 жыл бұрын
