Kyle needs to understand that this defense is outdated and elite QBs know it's rules. The defense is slow, blitzes don't get home, and Bosa can't generate pressure just by himself. Overall, this is what happens when you blow 3 1st round picks and jerk around on day 2 of the draft.

Yes, Moody chokes at the critical moments in a game when there is pressure. Last week, against the Jets, he was 6 for 6 but there was no pressure. Maybe Niners need to look at Zane Gonzalez or look at professional soccer players like the Cowboys did and found themselves a gem. Their kicker makes 65-yard field goals with ease.

49ers secondary was torched when it mattered. Ronnie Bell couldn't catch a pass to save his life. Moody has issues making clutch 4th Q FGs on the road. Special teams were especially awful in the 4th Q. JJennings is really wR no1. Too many damn penalties again. Kyle loses another game with a 10pt lead in the 4th. Total team implosion.

He got completely removed from this game, and the same thing happened in the loss against the Vikings last week. I saw back up tight ends taking Bosa out of the play and allowing Aaron Jones to gash the defense.

It's not just "verticals" the secondary is terrible in man coverage. Simple crossing routes, etc. they are bad in man coverage now and they were bad in man coverage last year and it wasn't addressed with any meaningful draft picks or offseason moves. They take Green but won't play him b/c Kyle won't play any rookies ever in any position- which is a recipe for losing in a salary cap league and is going to get magnified when he pays his qb next year. Kyle never evolves: (i) can't win from behind, won't practice a hurry up, (ii) can't manage a lead with 5 minutes left and a running game, throws the ball even though its cost him two super bowls, (iii) special teams always suck...b/c you start all vets that can't move and no rookies that can RUN (which is all special teams is....being fast), (iv) puts every rookie in a doghouse for no reason, starts a shit vet instead (Aiyuk, Mason, Cowing, all the same). Offense line and secondary were issues in the SB AGAIN and organization does little to nothing to address them, Zac Frazier is tearing it up for Pittsburgh while our center wouldn't start on a single other NFL team. Multiple difference maker corners available in the first round we take a receiver so Kyle can put him in bubble wrap for 3 years on a team that must win now. Could have taken the kid from Iowa Cooper DeJean and made him a killer Free Safety, instead we have a team with four box safeties and not a body in the secondary that can cover or play the ball. Whole organization is a joke, then win by accident.

Everyone in here knows I’m not a 9ers fan. I’ll say that Brock played well. But seriously the 9ers have a coaching problem when off script. Kyle gets so much help with his pregame scheming from his father and when he is in the mix and his dad can’t help, he will lose each time. The Rams had no business winning that game. I turned it off in the first quarter when Stafford was 0/1. The Rams defense was actually worst than the 9ers. Those safeties, corners, and linebackers for the Rams are ATROCIOUS. And the Rams still won.

There's plenty of reasons why yesterday happened but the core reasons are bad FO decisions. They should have moved off of Aiyuk. His holdout was ridiculous. They screwed up with the D coordinator position. They should have just named Staley DC even if his D was not the wide nine. This feels like too many cooks in the kitchen. If this season goes south, Kyle's job is in jeopardy and Bill Belichik is like Jaws swimming around out there.

Defense is average, at best. Sorensen better come up to speed or this team might not even make the playoffs. Offense was OK but should have run more in the second quarter. One of Purdy’s best games. Jennings played like Jerry Rice. Niners need continuity and stability at defensive coordinator. New DC every year or every other year is a problem. Find someone good. Pay them. Keep them happy.
