I feel this version is the best yet... The pose is very intense and it gives me the feeling when he walks from the dark into the light in the train station scene. Depending on the price, I think this beats Prime 1 by a hair, but still the best likeness, pose and skin texture

Wow, that is spectacular!! I think Pattinson likeness is 97 % on the unmasked headsculpt and 92% on the Bruce Wayne Statue. Prime 1 version is pretty good, but JND went next level.

Chris... first thing you need to do man after hearing you say "this might be my first jnd piece" is give the JND ledger joker a chance in person. I got mine Friday and was BLOWNNNN AWAYYY. I invited my friends and family over to check it out in the kitchen lmao. People are butchering it online with terrible photos... I dunno if its the silicone or what but if you arent using a very expensive camera to take photos of it... it just looks bloated and weird in photos. But in person, its the best 1/3 ledger out there... if you are on the fence... GET IT! And sell that p1 ledger haha. Now...... on to THE BATMAN Here are my final thoughts after seeing the new high res photos from JNDs official website. JND has NAILED this statue. The suit is freaking amazing... from accuracy of proportions (legs being slightly too thick) to the color which is MINT. In terms of what we see on screen, JND is slightly ahead of Prime 1 for overall accuracy. But does that mean "better" overall??? hmmmmm couple things to consider here... I think prime 1 has the better pose and better base. That batmobile inspired design looks SICK imo and his pose looks awesome and proportionate (JNDs pose looks kinda weird with his wide stance imo). JND went with a similar design to what they normally do with its base. It also has a twinkley batman logo on it... not sure how I feel about that. Base and pose goes to prime 1. Overall on screen likeness? Slight edge to JND. Id score P1s likeness a 9 on both scultps with JND getting a 9.5 score on both. Really hard to judge based off of this dark video, but the photos on jnds website are clear as day and the sculpts are amazing. I cant really give prime 1s suit a grade yet because I am just not sure what color that suit is in natural lighting... I need to see it on display at one of the showcases. JND gets the win as of now for suit and likeness. Now "cool factor"... If you look at both statues side by side, my eye tends to lean towards the prime 1 piece! Why that is... not too sure... JNDs is more accurate slightly, but prime 1s just looks AWESOME! So is the extra $1,200 price tag worth it for the JND??? REALLYYYYYY tough decision here. Might come down to whoever nails those production copies!! EDIT! One extra thing to consider here is this... (just thought of it). Are you going to get a batmobile to display with this statue? For example, I have jazzincs clean version batmobile on PO and point being, If I am getting a batmobile, do I need a batman statue with a batmobile inspired base? Probably not... so that gets me leaning towards JND. Are you not getting a btmobile? Prime 1 might be the better choice then to have that slight batmobile nod in the base.... tough call here between these two amazing pieces of art. Hope this article helps others out in deciding which is better for them!

The Batman and Bruce Wayne will be my first two JND statues! The details and likeness on both are great in my opinion. Prime 1 did a good job with theirs as well, but I just like the JND version a bit more.

If the prices I'm seeing are correct, it will cost $1100 more to have this Batman/Bruce Wayne set than the Dark Knight Batman/Bruce Wayne set. I'm sure inflation is part of it, but it could be the Batsuit on this one that is significantly adding to the price. I wonder if it actually has a material covering it or if it is painted to look like material. If it is mostly sculpted, that's some really high quality work.

Nice recap of the reveal. I'm not surprised if the price is $2500, but clearly that is for JND's fanbase, as that Batman statue is not distinctive enough to justify purchasing it over other models. I like their rustic take on the suit, but I would argue that the way it transformed into a glider was pretty "hi-tech" if not exactly refined and sophisticated. And the removable insignia that doubled as a blade- that was the high point for me, and one of the most important features of the Batsuit, since other suits lack that feature. We forget that the Bat suits of yesteryear existed in a more surreal Gotham, but the major appeal of The Batman is how realistic this world and this Batman seems. I imagine if a masked vigilanted existed today, this is more or less what his suit and his weapons would be like.

Bruce's head sculpt is very accurate, overall looks very promising. Always felt JND Bale's head sculpt is off... This new sculptor at JND did a great job of Pattinson's sculpting. If I have to nitpicking one important detail that JND missed is at the funeral scene Bruce has a valet parking stub in his hand, so they better include that inside his coat pocket. JND need to live up to their slogan "Detail oriented" like Fleck has his medical condition card in the paper bag. JK with the valet stub. But definitely will PO this and I did PO P1 Bat too BTW

For whatever reason, I've always felt that JND's headsculpts always sit in that uncanny valley region for me. Something not quite there to me. Nevertheless, this piece looks great, but I already ordered the Prime 1 piece and I don't think 900+ dollars more in quality for me

Their ledger joker is one of the best pieces I have ever seen in PERSON but I cannot take a photo of it... my iphone 13 cannot grab it... looks like a completely different statue. But again, its the best looking statue I have ever owned and trashes the competition but its just veryyy difficult to photograph

Dear God, I feared their announcement so much. I have already preordered both Prime 1 and Queen Studio's versions. Difficult to justify getting or even wanting another Batman in suit, but now, seeing this promo, the Bruce Wayne would look really, really great next to my Arthur Fleck from JND - as them being the "newer" civilian versions of thr characters. Ahhhh!! But yeah, something is off about the unmasked sculpt, I would need to see better pics first before buying.

Incredibly detailed and fantastic statues with a very good likeness overall . My only gripe is yet another "straight up and down" set of statues. Are we ever going to get dynamically posed statues from JND?

I’ve already ordered the Prime 1. I may consider the JND Bruce Wayne, but it’ll depend on the price point. Competition between companies is, I think, improving quality. However, I do also believe that, as collectors, we have to keep these companies in check with their prices. They need to realize that they will push a large segment of collectors away by acting like there’s no ceiling to the prices we will pay. I LOVE collecting and as much as sometimes I feel these statues are a must have, they are not. They are luxury items that we don’t have to spend the money on. So we’ll just have to see how companies evolve in everything from quality to pricing.

These production samples and especially the fleeting images in JND video reveal are always difficult to judge. My take is Queen missed the mark caus their suit too "tinny/metallic" looking and standing on the goofy small Batmobile. With JND, comes to price and thing is I can't see this being any less expensive than their BALE batman at like $2,800 = almost double price of Prime1. JND has what appears best suit rendition BUT THEY SHOULD for that much money. I think JND silicon head is still not "grail-worthy" although looks really good on Cowl version. I like Prime1 sculpted messy hair better than either rooted version (JND or Queen). Also can't discount w/Prime1 you get all the swaps, a base that is super cool w/lights and tells some of the story vs. Queen silly base and JND "plain Jane" base + Prime1 IMHO is better pose (one fist clench one relaxed hand vs. two clench fists both (JND and Queen). And while the JND Patts Bruce statue is nifty, I think you'd have to be in a position where money matters little if you're throwing what will probably be at least $2k at that trench coat 1/3 Rob Patts statue. So seeing this, I ordered Prime1 as nothing JND has shown will make up for being what I presume is almost double the cost over Prime1. I only wish Prime1 suit wasn't so black looking and more accurate to screen used suit colors maybe we'll be nicely surprised in final product. Oh, and P.S. - think it's cool they mentioned applying new painting technique to the BALE JND head sculpts as well... so hope they show us that. Cheers all.

@@BatmanStatueCollector Now that they're up on JND site with detail pics, I'm really not digging the PattsBruce statue headsculpt and JND The Batman to me is push with Prime1, almost feel like JND suit it too light but may just be lighting and Prime1 feeling too dark may also be photo lighting. Guess just goes to taste I guess assuming they were similarly priced... but they're not.

I think out of all of their releases, the Bruce Wayne portrait is the closest to accurate I've seen. The others aren't bad, but I'm really impressed with that one. I'd never buy JND unless it was a Tony Stark/Iron Man combo because their prices really dip into "this should be a grail" territory, but it's great to see how they improve and I love the behind the scenes where we get to see the artists work.
