Unity has an asset that lets you record footage separately from your framerate. Can record 120 fps at 8k with the game running at 1 fps.

to be fair you can record 1 fps at 1fps and 120K and still video edit it to 120fps. they dont need the engine to do it.

I am very excited to see this new update and full release. I do believe it will be mostly performance and graphic updates with a few new things to come. I just hope that they fix some of the more major things or that I consider major. but still I'm very excited for this and it cant come fast enough.

A few nice polishings they have done :D Particle effects, demolishings... Maybe even optimizations of environment updates (which i suspect being responsible for most of the lags in the alphas)...?

Nice trailer, that's for sure, I agree, very smooth, the graphics still have that "quick and dirty" look, the character model animation is still pretty much the same, the number of zeds walking around though, that's very impressive, really, and it takes a lot to impress me 😁The explosion and the town hall, hard to tell if they were added post production after the gameplay, but it's certainly got me keen to play this when it drops

I like how people are complaining about the 1.0 y'all do know this is to update the console version right and they want to make console and PC the same so they can have cross-play if you pay attention to their roadmap it will tell you more stuff is yet to come like NPC raiders and a story mode

My guess is that it has to do with the console release coming at the same time. Maybe the console companies weren't comfortable releasing the game unless they said it's out of Alpha. I have no problem with it, since I'm confident they are going to add the story and bandits as they said, eventually.

I am not angry about this game.And I have no anger towards any person.I just don't suffer from stockholm Syndrome, therefore, when I see something in a game that's not desirable or I see something that I saw before, when I played a different game, I'd call it like I see it.

If anything i'm disappointed in a game that is how shall I say it one of the most awesome concepts i've ever heard of in my life but It was ruined. In my opinion, the fun pimps should have given a copy to Microsoft and a copy to Sony and let them do what they do best. But. They decided to save some money by ignoring the console people and they told something they shouldn't have done.

this game has come a long way, i started back in 16.4 version, and man the difference is huge. Glad Fun Pimps has kept backing this game to this day, and constantly implementing more and more stuff into the game, the graphic overhaul looks beautiful for it being on unity engine. The zombie overhaul also looks amazing, the only thing that could be better is if they made players able to drink from any water sources like Ark does in theirs and Forest, but overall i love this game.

The nuclear explosion was stolen from fallout. They did that and fall out for this game is c*** and will always be c*** Go ahead and play It if you want, but after they screw us over on the console, I'll never spending another penny on that garbage.

If I recall correctly Tell Tale Games had the distribution rights for 7 Days to Die on console. Unfortunately they then went out of business so the Fun Pimps had to negotiate with the company that was handling the liquidation in order to buy back the rights.
