On the 911 call she said "stab wound." She didn't say "knife wound." "Stab" as a descriptor indicates that she stabbed him. That's a specific active motion on her part, to create a stab wound. If she threw the knife, I would think she would say, "knife wound." Because she would not have stabbed him, in that event. She's lying. She straight up stabbed him. She did not throw that knife. And when she cried, finally, I think she was crying as much, if not more for herself, as Christian. Hey, okay I know, innocent until proven guilty. That's my theory anyway. Merry Christmas!

I caught the tail end of your chat and as someone who enjoys playing a juror whenever an interesting case comes along, I just want to drop my observations because I’ve watched and listened to anything out there regarding this case Miss Courtney has a spoiled and entitled view of life and what I see is a person with extreme anger when anyone or anything doesn’t go her way. Along with that she seems to think that she can control any situation with absurd behaviors. If her incessant screaming rage filled demands & insults doesn’t work she’ll attempt phony tears, whining, absurd rants and even putting her body on display! Within an hour or so, literally covered in blood she left her robe wide open while in the interrogation room! I think her lawyers should talk to her about her demeanor in the courtroom. The couple pre trial hearings I’ve watched, her nose is in the air and when she looks at a camera, you can see the anger on her face. It makes me think that if it were a different setting, she’d attack the camera man!

I think she wasn’t held for a few reasons. Hx of abuse (mutual), bruises, size of victim, size of her, single wound on victim (more consistent with self defense). And possibly because she’s a white woman claiming a larger male PoC attacked her. I’m hoping the sexism and racism didn’t play a part. But it’s a possibility. But also there’s a ton of other reasons. So it might not be those reasons.

The prosecution should show why it’s not self defense to clear up questions a jury could have for sure. His reaction to her in the elevator clip is he was trying to protect himself from her. I think the reason she didn’t get arrested after telling that horrendous lie as to what happened to her boyfriend Christian was because the officers were terrible! They asked her to repeat her story, I’m sure to see if it matches what she says the 2nd time and instead of letting her tell it and seeing if they catch her in a lie, the lead officer jumps in at times and starts telling the story for her….asking her if she did this, did you do that, etc. Again, terrible interrogation tactics! His whole approach was just sad to me! The other possibility was when her attorney came in and took her to another room that didn’t have recording capabilities. So, who knows what was being said then. The more and more I hear and see past altercations, always seemingly being started by her, I don’t believe he was abusive towards her. I truly believe it wasn’t mutual. I believe she was the aggressor and because of the size difference….because she was a woman….I hate to bring race into it, but because it was an interracial relationship (black man dating a white woman)….it’s easier for certain members of society to believe and assume, he was the aggressor and I think she really played up the part that she was this poor little vulnerable girl being abused. After watching a lot of the footage of her attacking HIM over and over and over again….telling stories that don’t quite add up, I believe he was being abused. The bruises that are on her, I think she received them because he would constantly have to hold her to keep her from hitting him, pulling his hair, attempting to stop her from throwing things at him! She was definitely able to play the part of a little damsel in distress, when a lot of the times that wasn’t the case. She talked about how she would say things to provoke him, now I realize no matter what someone says to you…you are the one responsible for how you ultimately respond and from what I saw, he would be the one trying to calm her down. The relationship was just sad and ultimately they should have just parted ways a long time ago! Rest In Peace Christian 🙏🏽 Enjoy prison👮🏻♂️Courtney🤞🏾

It came off to me that the reason she wanted him out of the apartment is that she was sick of him being there. But they lived together. You can't just kick someone out because you don't like them anymore. She wanted a restraining order just to get him out of the penthouse. Also, from what I've seen, she was arrested for violence/assault and he never was, which is a feat considering the racial difference and the size difference.

Something about this makes me seriously suspish of her! The whole wanting to be exonerated and wanting to be first to do a order against him to not come around her etc! That is suspect! She is thinking out loud and goes totally against her being caught in a bad situation or being a victim! She could have gone home to her parents and gotten everything together to have him put out of her apartment and keep her safe but she didn’t do that! She always wants her parents on the line when she is talking with authorities so they must be very much there for her and she could have gone home to insure her safety for a while! A woman should not have to do that but I would rather do that than be hurt or be fighting a murder wrap!

How in the heck can law enforcement be accused of negligence, when either party refuses to cooperate? Someone calls regarding domestic abuse or restraining order, but refuses to press charges or follow through with restraining order can NOT blame law enforcement for failure to ‘protect and serve’. 🙄. Seriously? I would have to see more details & evidence regarding the case in terms of self-defense, involuntary manslaughter, manslaughter, 1st degree or second degree murder to form opinion. But if I’m on jury to determine if law enforcement should be held accountable for tragic outcome of volatile relationship, I’d say ‘hell no’.

Even between the third floor and the 16th floor death rates increase by 1%. Above the 16th floor it goes up precipitously. Above the 25th floor if you have a massive coronary, you're gone.

Merry Christmas everyone 🎄🎄 If they go out and find a bunch of people who says she’s the aggressor that’s going to kill her DV defence isn’t it? I have heard that people witnessed her being the aggressor. It sounds like because she was the one making the money that she felt a sense of entitlement over him and treated him that way. I know that sounds horrible but that is what is coming across. She paid for everything so she could treat him anyway she wanted. I believe she did love and care for him in a way but probably it was probably more of an attachment. This is a young woman who didn’t want to actually take responsibility for things as seen by her police videos, she just kind of expected daddy to come in and fix things when they went wrong.
