Sulfur isn't flammable in a gas state and electric lights don't produce heat and sparks. This isn't the 1950s anymore

@@mufasaiam7794 you're right, the lights don't produce sparks. But they can definitely produce heat. And it's not the light that's the issue, it's the switch itself. It can spark when being used, and you can't really prevent it since it's a physical switch. That's why you're not supposed to turn anything on or off if there's a gas leak.
