@@blaiseblack7175 I agree she didn’t ‘mean to’.. she was too drunk to even think that far. However, she sat and laughed as he told her he couldn’t breathe. She turned the suitcase over, (and appears pushed it down the stairs) causing more injuries. She showed ‘indifference’, she didn’t care whether he lived or died- didn’t matter. And once his pleas for help got on her nerves, she left the room and went to bed. I have zero sympathy for her.

As a public defender, I’m quite proud of the work we do and our ability to take on difficult cases. But man this would be a difficult one . I will say this, I’ve been reassigned to represent defendants after the defendants asked for a new attorney due to a break down in communication with their assigned attorney . 90 percent of the time, the defendant actually had a legitimate reason to ask for a new attorney. Biggest issue is communication . A lot or court appointed attorneys simply don’t communicate with their clients and don’t return their calls. Another issue is the court appointed attorney simply not doing any work on the case and just kicking the can down the road. In the last few years I’ve only had to ask to withdraw from one case due to a break down in communication. The client was insistent on a non-sensical defense, wanted to introduce not relevant and inadmissible evidence at trial .

Not very kind to lump all people with personality disorders in with people like Sara. I know plenty with personality disorders that actively work to better themselves and be kind and rely on others, it’s the people like her that are so privedged to allow themselves to act on every whim or urge that pops into their head with no effort to be a decent person that give all the others a bad name. It’s like saying every single person with depression will commit suicide, it’s a gross generalization and completely untrue. People with personality disorders, even “narcissism”, are not people born with “inherently evil disorder” like media would have you believe. To think such a thing is the line of thinking of eugenics- that some humans are “inherently lesser” or “bad” and don’t deserve life the way others do. Please beware of that line of thinking.

Thank you Peter for continuing to keep us updated on the Sarah Boone case. 💗 Considering that she continues to complain about every attorney that she is assigned and is demanding yet another new attorney, at what point is the judge going to say enough is enough? 🤔 The amount of time and resources that she has wasted is unacceptable at this point imho.

This is a game to her. She is resentful that the state arrested her when it “wasn’t intentional” and this is her way of paying the state back for that. She wants her lawyers to argue certain things and the evidence doesn’t align with it so they’d be ineffective if they even tried that- which would possibly get Sarah off on appeal. I’m so over this.

Lol your funny ditto on everything you said, yes from Daybell case to this, people keep screwing themselves with their phones! I've had a cell phone about 10 years longer than most people. Flip in the 80s. When I had 3 Verizon phones ( me and kids ) I had LG and this one called the Voyager. Id be on the train, bus plane and people would be tripping. Hardly anyone had phones. But that was for work. Socially even though I film bands and am a photographer, I never sit at a restaurant with my face in my phone. Never at the dinner table. Never with my kids or grandkids. I find it rude. Never to cheat like Lori & Chad. So these people are getting what they deserve! I had never watched any of those body cam arrest videos, omg watch a few someday. Females freaking out getting arrested and ALL THEY CARE ABOUT, is their phone. They all yell at the cops " where's my phone! I need my phone! Hats go off to tech forensics workers. I wonder if they have " foreensic workers appreciation day "? 😂

I grew up receiving DV, lots of psychological form too, I know being triggered and responding is a thing, I know there is a point where the person can get defensive, but she has a pattern in the way she treats everybody. Victims of DV that only react, don’t go through life mistreating people and would be completely afraid of ending the situation the way she did it, taunting him and mocking him.
