Sonikks thank you! I got my shiny Celebi yesterday. After 30k+ encounters. I was hunting this since the release on the vc. It's almost 3 years ago. Sometimes I lost my motivation. But you gave it back to me. Ever and ever back to me. My Celebi is named after my first dog which died 2014. Finally the hunt is over. Couldn't thank you enough for the motivation you gave to me. I gave up on starter hunting snivy after about 3 weeks of resetting all day, every day. I guess that was the right move though, because I caught a full odds shiny munna in the Dreamyard a couple hours into my playthrough.

That's really quick! Especially for a roamer that takes quite a bit more active work than just standing in front of a sprite and resetting. My quickest 1/8192 hunt was for Shiny Celebi in Crystal VC. I was expecting months, but it was after 64 resets. I don't think I'll ever be that lucky again.
