[LIVE] Shiny Treecko after only 620 SRs in Pokémon Sapphire (DTQ #1)

What a way to start off a new DTQ in a brand new generation! Shiny freak'n Treecko after only 620 soft resets!
Honestly I cannot believe how fast this shined. Glad to know the gen 3 shinies were as eager to meet me as I was to meet them, haha.
Treecko was my very first ever starter Pokemon. So in a way its a little surreal to be going for it after so many years since having played my first Pokemon game. I was definitely that weird kid that just didn't evolve my starter all the way. In fact I remember my first play through of ruby was with only 2 Pokemon (zangoose and swellow) while my starter spent most of its time in the PC, haha.
This is gonna be one heck of a DTQ and I cant wait to start filling in every one of those members. Hope you guys are looking forward to the journeys to come!

Treecko is my fav starter ever and all grass type starter look very cool in shiny (at least for the basic). GG for that quick hunt and good luck on your shiny dream team quest and for the egg.

Started my shiny Treeko hunt in Sapphire yesterday! Going from shiny hunting in gen 4 to 3 is quite shocking. The soft resets are so fast!

Very cool planned team. I'm doing a shiny grass monotype team in Sapphire. Currently only have Shroomish and Roselia but I'm hunting Lotad/Lombre. Surskit is in my top 3 favorite pokemon of all time, so I wish you luck with your Masquerain hunt; very cool to see someone using it on their team.
