I’m thinking of taking the plunge into creating a SMMA, this is helping me move forward a lot! I went from BDD to agency owner, the skills are very transferable. We sign up all our clients on a 3 month term and then monthly roller after that, with 30 day notice period. All other details are covered in the Affluent Academy
