ohhhhhhh. bloody hell. I've been messing around with this for 2 days and couldn't get past the PS4 saying "to start broadcasting on KZbin, you must agree to the KZbin terms to enable live streaming" - and the PS4 kept taking me back to the verify you phone number page, which I've done. "your phone number has already been verified" it says... but then I could never get past that part. so, I gather the step I was missing that you go over at 5:30 was to FIRST hit create button and go live and THEN go to the PS4. This is definitely not an intuitive process if you've never done it before. thanks very much for this tutorial. Also, since it's my very first time hitting the "go live" button, it NOW starts a 24 hour timer before I can do my first live stream (when you do all the verification stuff, it looks like simply verifying your phone number starts the 24 hour clock, but nope. You have to first try to do one and only then will you be able to start that timer, etc. etc.)

Very helpful! For me when I clicked go live directly from the dashboard it immediately took me to a screen that said i could stream in 24 hours, I didn't have to go through creating the stream details. I wish I had known i had to enable streaming the day before i planned to stream lol, glad this was an easy fix though, none of the other solutions worked and i was worried it wouldnt work at all
