@@E.C.2 I know quite a few locations within driving range where traditional mass is celebrated. Several traditional groups are active in Germany, and I enjoy very much celebrating holy Mass there. BUT I consider it no solution to absent myself from the local parish. As I recall it, we are called to love our neighbours, not to go and stick to people that share most of our opinions and make life thus easier for us.

Fr. Murr, you mentioned you once helped at a parish in the south Bronx. I wonder if you ever met my uncle, Fr. Robert Trainor. He was pastor of Our Lady of Angels on Sedgwick Ave. from 1980-1992 and pastor of St. Ann on Bainbridge Ave. from 1992-2006. He retired in 2006 and moved to Sacred Heart on Shakespeare Ave. to help his friend Fr. Michael Sepp until Fr. Mike’s death in 2009. My uncle remained in residence at Sacred Heart assisting the new pastor, Fr. Joseph Franco, until he was called home Dec. 8, 2014.

You are asking for help,because you cannot do the miracle ,needed on your own...All Christian faithful,must stand by you to help you make the courageous decisions, including the self sacrifice. I ask Archbishop Vigano,to lead in this direction,and to unite the Church in the face of the dangers it face. The courage here,is not less than the one demanded from the Pope, But ,the juncture calls for leaving differences aside, and uniting In the face of the worldly powers,that terrorise the disciples of this age. The Ray of Hope I See coming,is that in the middle of this crisis that is threatening the existence of the church, there is a church that demonstrated that Bolshevik Trotsky Terror, and their Neo conservative team of modern times,are being defeated in their devilish enterprise. I see hope,when they closed the churches, I started my daily prayers In the open air, in front of the Cross that blessed pilgrims going to the Monastery by Boat. I was alone, three years ago،and the cross abandoned. Now many visit, Many Pray, Even Muslims show respect,despite The billions spent on flaming hate, and wars,and terror on the arc of conspiracy starting from Afghanistan ,Iran, Turkey, into Albania,Kosovo, and Serbia. With direct financing by Qatar, and Saudi petrodollars. These people are now realising,that they were being used, and abused By the devil himself.

The Church of Jesus Christ does not change because Jesus does not change. Malachi 3: 6 'I the LORD do not change. So you, the descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed.' Hebrews 13: 8 'Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever. 9 Do not be carried away by all kinds of strange teachings, for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace and not by foods of no value to those devoted to them.'

Fr. Murr, I think you are correct, God is letting these questions fester so a great clarity comes out of it! According to Dr. Anthony Stine: "Pope Pius XII said those who talk about the Church being to "rigid" are the enemy within!" And popes like Benedict XVI who said scholastic Thomistic philosophy was to "rigid," have believed the lies of the "enemy within" who need to get rid of Thomism, because St. Pius X said it was the antidote to modernism. Dr. Moynihan, your only problem is you have a fear of being falsely accused, you don't want to kiss that cross. Just kiss it! I remember having a discussion about this with my father who passed away in 2001. He would not have wanted to take a position against a pope. I have to apply the principle of non-contradiction, logic, and common sense to new evidence presented to me, instead of blindly adhering to my fathers perception of things in 1999 or whenever that conversation was. When Pope John Paul II said something stupid about salvation outside the Church, he recanted. Francis admitted he is a heretic when he failed to answer the dubia.

Was the betrayal of Jesus with a kiss, a prefiguring of what would happen to his body, the Church? I see various betrayals of Christ, such as inviting those in mortal sin to receive the Blessed Sacrament, and doing so with the pretext of loving the sinner. There are more ways that Christ is betrayed today, under the pretext of love for the human person. Is this the sign that the Church is beginning her passion?

Pope Francis stated otherwise: “Let’s think about those who have denied the faith, who are apostates, who are the persecutors of the Church, who have denied their baptism: Are these also at home?” The Pope responded: “Yes, these too. All of them. The blasphemers, all of them. We are brothers. This is the communion of saints. The communion of saints holds together the community of believers on earth and in heaven, and on earth: the saints, the sinners, all.”

@johnf2023 True Vigano is still our brother and has a relationship to the Church. Francis, in that same audience, said relationships change, however. Unless he repents, Vigano's relationship will end by him going to hell

@@johnf2023 He was part of the corruption. There's a 400 page document addressing all of his mishandling with McCarrick and priests who were complaining about him. Vigano is outside the faith because he rejects Francis. Any Catholic who rejects Francis as Pope has automatically excommunicated themselves.

The Pope has no authority to reimagine, reinterpret, reinvent, and remake God as he chooses. For one thousand nine hundred and thirty two years, the Church held fast to God’s Word and revelation through declaring infallible doctrine and dogma and declaring infallible teaching through the Church’s magisterium. Since the aftermath of the Second Vatican Council, an ever increasing number of men in positions of authority, influence, and power in the Church have made quite clear that they believe that the infallible doctrine, dogma, and teaching of the Church before ‘the Council’ is open to reimagining, reinterpreting, and remaking. No servant is greater than his master. This is a truth that too many Catholics have too often ignored since 1963…to our great detriment. Your post is simply not serious. You excoriate Archbishop Viganò for his denial of the present pope’s authority. And yet, you not only write nothing about the present pope’s denial of Almighty God’s authority, you demand that Catholics accept and support it.
