I always thought you must push harder as you get older to maintain muscle mass; when in fact, resistance training exercise as you normally would, is “enough” to stimulate muscle protein synthesis and minimize age-related muscle breakdown. … Today I learned that all this time, I confused the Thai word “เหนื่อย” with “อ่อนเพลีย.“ My mom uses “เหนื่อย” but I took it as meaning “อ่อนเพลีย” and worried myself more than I should about her. I asked Mom if she knew the difference. She did. It was ME. You made me feel better today, Doctor Tany. Thanks!!! ❤️❤️❤️
