I went to school with a guy that dated my sister back in the day and he lost one of his legs due to this exact scenario. Then years later, I think he lost the other one as well. It was because he was poor not in denial. He got them removed but not in time unfortunately and so I'm not even sure if he's still alive now. Poor kid, can't imagine the pain or the smell. As for Blade, I don't feel sorry for him at all. He's an asshole and has done bad things to people, especially women. To me, this seems like karmic justice in a way. Both of them could've prevented this. They had the money I'm sure.

Before I watched the stream I was pretty self-conscious of my teeth and how crooked they were. I think I can safely say, no matter how crooked my teeth are, at least they aren't rotting away like Onlyusemeblade's teeth.
