Judge Glanville and Young Thug Attorney Brian Steel face off again today as Lil Woody is set to EXPOSE Young Thug! We all know what happened yesterday--let's see what fireworks occur today! Context: The judge presiding over Young Thug’s lengthy racketeering trial held the musician’s attorney in contempt on Monday after being confronted about a private conversation reportedly held between the judge, prosecutors and a state witness. Brian Steel was escorted out of the courtroom after refusing to tell Judge Ural Glanville how he learned of the meeting, which he said occurred in the judge’s chambers before court began Monday. “You got some information you shouldn’t have gotten,” Glanville said before directing deputies to take Steel into custody. “You’re not supposed to have communication with a witness who’s been sworn,” Steel told the judge before asking for a mistrial. He was later allowed back into the courtroom. The witness, Kenneth Copeland, spent the weekend in jail after refusing to testify on Friday despite an immunity deal contingent upon his testimony. Copeland apparently had a change of heart on Monday and was brought to the witness stand wearing a blue, jail-issued jumpsuit. He said he heard that prosecutor Simone Hylton also reminded the witness that he could actually be held until all 26 defendants have their cases disposed of, regardless of how long that might take. “If that’s true what this is is coercion, witness intimidation, ex parte communications that we have a constitutional right to be present for,” an outraged Steel told Glanville. “I still want to know, how did you come upon this information,” Glanville asked. “Who told you?” “What I want to know is why wasn’t I there,” Steel responded. After ordering Steel removed, Glanville said he planned to continue with proceedings. “I’m not halting nothing,” he said. At that point, Young Thug’s other attorney, Keith Adams, said he did not wish to continue without his co-counsel present. “

I can’t believe the DA filed this case based on the fragmented, at best, recollection of the likes of Woody and others. The length of time for this trial is even more outrageous….frankly if I were on the jury, I would have broken my leg on purpose after 9 months just to leave. Sorry, but the service dog is a distraction and the amount of breaks with a sitting jury is infuriating and I’m betting and guessing because the dog needs to pee. Seriously. This man’s life is at stake and this dog-and-pony show are deciding his fate. There’s a whole element of society, of all races, that live this way. With street names and unintelligible language. Bad things happen in that element all the time. It’s unfortunate that someone died. Who the hell will ever know who did it but the truth is, there’s no way to point it to anyone with these cast of of characters. This is further embarrassment for the Fulton County DA. Go fight and prosecute crimes you can prosecute. There’s plenty of them. To think that this man could go to prison for life in this debacle is mind-blowing.

Well to be fair they brought the charges because they thought they were going to get to use the evidence found in thugs house. The cops messed up and the phone and drugs got excluded from the case. Specifically the text messages about the murder but at that point it was fani willises name on the line cuz she campaigned on this and the Trump case!

Are the transcripts accurate or doctored 🤔 In my successful experience, I called out the tampering of the transcripts in various cases and I won on the issue that the transcript was altered. Something to keep in mind that many people are unaware of.

The rationale that the Judge gave for pulling the video footage of Steele, Bumpus, etc. was nothing more than a feeble attempt to deflect. Sir, we didn’t forget how you tried to alter the transcripts before showing them to the defense, how you were confused with the different types of contempt, or how you insisted on ruling on your own contempt case when you are essentially a witness. What point did he make with pulling that video? That the attorneys were more wrong than he was by discussing an improper ex parte meeting that was not privileged? Them discussing his wrongdoings does NOT negate what he did as the JUDGE. He needs to be removed from this case altogether because he can no longer be impartial.

This trial on the appeal sides and motions are moving faster than anytime one of us would be locked up or facing contempt. Because this stems from a LAWYER held in contempt and he is the one filing and all these defense attorneys are on his side then things are moving lightning quick even between different courts. He is being given the treatment that all defendants should get

Great question, a valid question based on my experiences. In my 37 years in the legal profession, altered transcripts are a daily occurrence, and most times, when it's done, it's on behalf of the court or the prosecution. I don't know how they do it in Georgia, but in many states that I worked in, many now have the audio and the transcript. But there have been claims that even the audio has been altered and spliced.

Does Glanville honestly believe that anyone would think that HE didn’t request the surveillance footage? 😂😂😂. Not only that, he was so caught up on who 🐀’d he held Steele in contempt for it and threw him in the holding cell. Then, he didn’t know if it was civil or criminal contempt and leaned into the criminal contempt in which Steele had the right to a hearing!! When that ruling came down from the Supreme Court I knew he was going into full coverup mode. Those transcripts will probably be doctored. He knows they’ll probably pull him from the bench.
