hey did u end up fixing it? i drove mines yesterday was in 3rd gear and the throttle went crazy i started to stop and it just revved really high then started it again sounded normal didnt risk it by driving it again.

HAHA Just seen this video man. I bought an 04 Blaster 3 years ago same color as yours and worked on it for the first 2 years. Rebuild EVERYTHING. I learned most just by listening to the engine in operation while I could manage to do that. Bikes all fixed up runs great and cannot wait for my first FULL season of train riding. Here is a hint though. Let it idle and adjust your air and ilde adjusters 1/4 at a time. Bike starts to idle too high light that adjust accordingly SMALL turns. Yea I have learned a lot so far, leak down test was good, so I am now figuring out the jetting. I realized these carbs only work well with genuine brand jets.

just carb issues really, gota make sure you completely take the carb apart and clean everything
